Adding Multivitamins To Catfish Feed To Promote Their Growth

There are different factors that makes catfish grow faster or quicker, some people focus on giving the fishes feed that is very rich in animal protein, which is quite expensive while some feed are made with plant protein, which is lesser than the first but any ways, it does makes the fish to grow, it just the time it will take .

Normally, I do use the feed made with plant protein, because of the cost implications. The feed made with plant protein is sold at $16 for 3mm feed size while that made with animal protein is sold at $40 for same 3mm size of feed Of 15kg per bag.

So, in other to help boost their growth, I do give them fish booster to help them increase their appetite to eat and grow well.

Before now, I do apply the fish booster in their water when I just change to a new fresh water, but I soon realized that it pollutes the water faster and very quick, so this time I decided to incorporate it in their feed so there just take it in at once .

So for that, I just take a couple of their feed and put in a bowl, then I included a little of the booster to it, enough to go round, then used a spoon to mix it thoroughly with the feed so it coats the feed evenly.

After successfully doing that, I now expose it to the sun to dry so that the booster will stick to the feed.

So even if it enters the water, it does not disperse quickly from the feed, and the catfish will consume it.

This will help the fish grow faster and better…
