El día de ayer mi compañero José Luis me pido el favor para que lo ayudara a grabar, entonces a las 12 del medio día fuimos al parque las ballenitas a grabar.
Para no desperdiciar el día comencé a grabar también aprovechando que iba a realizar unos calentamiento, ya que tenía días sin entrenar
No realice una rutina específica para mostrarles, solo realice una series de ejercicio mientras pasaba la tarde con mi compañero José rivera, espero el vídeo sea de su agrado.

Yesterday my colleague José Luis asked me to help him film, so at 12 noon we went to Las Ballenitas Park to film.
