Motivation in learning can be defined as the element that generates in the boy and girl to take an action to assume a position with respect to a new situation.

The Teacher must give all their attention and the best of services trying to achieve attention, awaken interest and promote the desire to learn in their students, which can be achieved when the teacher knows the subject very well teaching with theories and examples to capture interest in what has been learned

In psychology and philosophy, motivation implies internal states that direct the organism towards specific goals or ends; They are the impulses that move the person to perform certain actions and persist in them for their completion. This term is related to will and interest".

Piaget, a psychologist known for his contributions to the study of childhood and cognitive development, defines motivation as the will to learn, understood as a child's interest in absorbing and learning everything related to his environment.

From this perspective, motivation and learning are concepts that are linked to each other since when the subject of what you are studying motivates you, you invest dedication, perseverance and time in investigating more things on your own and in informing yourself about it. That is what really interests us as teachers that our students do and for this the student must be encouraged to research and search.

Obviously, at this time we will do so through the various tools that social networks provide us from distance education to carry out the teaching-learning process.

In this sense we have to unite efforts and dedication to achieve it and in turn take into consideration that we are not currently in face-to-face classes, which could be a limitation but not an impossible one, so it is essential to take into account that each person has a " internal world "that is, each student moves through different things and motivating them through online classes is a challenge since we are not face to face with them, which is an advantage for motivation but in the same way one of the present objectives at this moment it is to maintain the motivation in the students since if we do not achieve it, the whole teaching-learning process will be complicated.

Therefore we need to inspire our students through the following criteria: Attention, Relevance, Trust and Satisfaction.

¿How do we do it?

I think it is convenient to say _ as teachers have always done, looking for the best tools, the most accurate and conducive to the moment where these strategies can increase the participation of our students, generally inducing motivation in order to create in them confidence and interest in the content that we introduce you.

It should be remembered that we must give students the opportunity to hold their attention so that they can appreciate relevance and interest in the subject being studied.

Therefore, the teacher is and must always be a learning motivator since the teaching-learning process is mediated by the teacher where the information, which in this case is virtual at a distance, must lead to a cognitive process, to develop in the students meaningful knowledge.

In this sense, I cite several criteria that we must take into account to motivate our students in distance training, such as:

1.- You must innovate and be creative and take advantage of all the tools that technology offers us.
2.- The limitations of the students and their social environment must be taken into account.
3.- The objectives must be stated clearly and concisely, giving the students an activity plan through the technological tool that specifies the contents and the methodology to be used as well as the evaluation.
4.- It is important to use different methodologies since each person will respond differently, for this you can carry out activities such as: videos, written and oral activities or activities in groups or individuals.
5.- It is also important to negotiate with the students the way they want to work, either in a group or individually through videos or any other activity that they may suggest.
6.- Take care of verbal and non-verbal communication, ensuring that the sound and image are adequate, as we remember that our students copy what we transmit.

Dear teachers, online education also brings us to those who truly want to guide great benefits and this is a great opportunity today to keep our students in the teaching-learning process in these moments where we cannot socialize as we have been doing in a classroom face to face but we have the best tool in our hands and it is the desire to teach for life

Education can be challenging especially dealing with kids and wanting to keep their attention while not being physically engaging. Understanding that education is a process where we transfer knowledge or skill from the teacher to the student. As teacher, we may not be the only source of knowledge but the bridge. I find that working on projects together that are engaging can be helpful as students and teacher are participating in a team to achieve certain goal. As a teacher, the role would be an observer, an advisor and a companion. Giving the moral support and some resources would give incentives for the kids to create wonders. In the process, it is where they learn and it is challenge based and not subject based which is quite boring.
