➤ A genre of games that I feel is not very exploited and in turn not very well known, are the tactical shooters style games but when I say tactical I mean tactical bordering on realism and the true use of strategy, knowing that our soldiers are not a toy and we have to plan every move well if we want to achieve an attack, in this case as cops to stop the terrorists. This game reminds me a lot of Doors Kickers but this time in first person and much more immersive in that sense, Swat 4 is a game full of strategy but one that failed to charm me.

➤ I don't know if it's because in such old games I really feel that they age badly, or because it's the game itself, but it felt very clunky and I didn't get to enjoy it completely, but also because of the fact of playing it with friends is that I find it amazing, because I never imagined a game of this type in cooperative. Our goal is as a team to stop different types of terrorist attacks and for this we will have to play our cards very well, first choosing the right equipment for the type of missions, things like specific weapons, lethal and non-lethal, near or far, grenades, vests of different sizes and defense that will affect our speed of movement, gas masks if we use grenades, tasers to stop people without killing them and earn more points, be careful to kill the hostages that are in place. And above all, the most important thing. STRATEGY, by this I mean how you will advance in each room, checking every corner, every detail, and every noise to know what to do. ➤ The only problem in our game was that the ping wasn't perfect and that made everything a bit difficult, but we were able to play and manage as a team to advance, the controls were quite strange too, I must admit that. I really liked the realism that the game implements and is that we can basically die in one shot, literally. Even killing our teammates in the same way, so you have to be careful when shooting. ➤ Un género de juegos que siento que no es muy explotado y a su vez no muy conocido, son los juegos estilos shooters tácticos pero cuando digo tácticos me refiero a tácticos rozando el realismo y el verdadero uso de la estrategia, el de saber que nuestros soldados no son un juguete y tenemos que planificar bien cada movimiento si queremos poder lograr un atentando, en este caso como policias para detener a los terroristas. Este juego me recuerda mucho a Doors Kickers pero esta vez en primera persona y mucho más inmersivo en ese sentido, Swat 4 es un juego lleno de estrategia pero uno que no logró encantarme.

➤ No sé si ya es porque en juegos tan antiguos realmente siento que envejecen mal, o porque sea el juego en si, pero lo sentía muy tosco y no llegué a disfrutarlo por completo, pero igualmente por el hecho de jugarlo con amigos es que me parece increíble, porque nunca me imaginé un juego de este tipo en cooperativo. Nuestro objetivo es como equipo detener distintos tipos de atentados terroristas y para esto tendremos que jugar muy bien nuestras cartas, primero eligiendo el equipamiento correcto para el tipo de misiones, cosas como armas en específico, letales y no letales, cercanas o lejanas, granadas, chalecos de distinto tamaño y defensa que afectarán nuestra velocidad de movimiento, mascaras de gas por si utilizaremos granadas, tasers para detener gente sin matarlos y ganar más puntos, tener cuidado con matar a los rehenes que se encuentren en el lugar. Y sobre todo, lo más importante. TRAZAR LA ESTRATEGIA, con esto me refiero a como irás avanzando en cada habitación, revisando cada esquina, cada detalle, y cada ruido para saber qué hacer. ➤ El único problema en si en nuestra partida es que el ping no era del todo perfecto y eso dificultaba un poco todo, pero igualmente se pudo jugar y administrarnos como equipo para avanzar, los controles eran bastante extraños también, eso debo admitirlo. Me gustó mucho el realismo que el juego implementa y es que básicamente podemos morir de un tiro, literalmente. Incluso matar a nuestros compañeros de la misma forma, así que hay que tener cuidado cuando disparemos. Esto es todo por ahora, muchas gracias por haber leído, ¡nos vemos en el próximo post!
