What makes you a true disciples of Jesus Christ// The old path

A true disciples is a person who follows the ways of God with all his heart and do the things that pleases God. Such a person shows love, humility, obedience, and a willingness to deny self in order to do the will of God. A disciple seeks to grow in faith through prayer, studying God’s Word, and living a life that reflects Christ’s character. For us to be a true disciples it requires us to be devoted and truthful in anything we're doing.

“Then Jesus said to his disciples, ‘Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me’” (Matthew 16:24).

A true disciple bears good fruit through their actions and relationships with others. They show kindness, forgive others, and share the message of the gospel. Their life becomes an example that draws others closer to God. True disciples remain faithful even in times of hardship, trusting in God’s strength and guidance. In all things, they seek to glorify God, showing that their identity is rooted in Christ and their purpose is to serve Him wholeheartedly.
