RE: My Five for #thriveonhive by @bengy

Oh I get that - HIVE seems to be a space for me, and I don't know if I WANT to share it with friends. Anyway, when I've told them, they don't seem to be interested. More fool them.

And I love how, like you say, it gives you a bit of unwind time - I love writing to just reflect on my day or what I'm going through.. remember the early days when it'd take you AGES to write a post and you'd edit it three hundred times? Now I rarely do that - just whooosh and it's out there.

Seems there are quite a few of us that share that sentiment... I know a handful of friends and family know where my Hive blog is, but because I am rather selective about what I share on traditional social media, I know that few of them see a lot of what I write and I am ok with that :)

Me too. I send them the stuff I am proud of and want them to see, mainly poetry/creative writing, but I don't think they go beyond that. Media overload.

Haha... I never edited because I lazy like that... but I have looked back on my early posts, and they are quite embarrassing as the layout is so horrible and everything seems a bit scattered in style!
