GOOD PEOPLE OF HIVE, HOWDY! 🤠

How've you all been? Got some "fire" gameplay for you guys today, from Warzone 2.0, Vondel Resurgence. And even though the gameplay is fire, it's definitely the type of gameplay and style that I don't prefer.

Yet, as they say...

"if you can beat em, join em", and that's exactly what me and the mates had to do.

It's the survival of the fittest this Season, or should I say survival of the "noob-est"? It's tough to say really, because we've been away from Warzone for a long while now. The hype is dead and the meta is trash, our Battle Passes are completed too. So, for now only the release of Season 5 can bring in some more hype and activity; yet, I doubt the devs and their ability to implement something new and creative.

This fire breathing monstrosity you see up here in the thumbnail is the worst thing that has happened to Warzone 2.0. Yet, not everyone will agree, it's the worst for us "skilled" players, but for the noobs it was a godsend.

A month or two ago it was nerfed though, it was a proper nerf too. Alas, they buffed it up again.

I don't know whose plan it was, but they surely f*cked things up. What seemed like a good start to the new Season, was suddenly massacred due to this sudden buff. However, we too had this thing hidden in our armory, so we weren't playing at a disadvantage this time.

We dropped at our usual spot, The Stadium, and locked in some cash for the loadout. After that it was matter of rampaging through from one side of the map to the other, as we tried our best to stick together and stay alive.

Fortunately, the random player that we were queued up with was a decent enough player. This guy didn't just wander off on his on solo journey and instead managed to stick with us, helping us clear out different areas. One good player alone can make a lot of difference, especially when we have such a broken gun on the loose. So, we really did get lucky, thanks to our random teammate's very randomly timed assistance.

The most interesting part was the endgame of this match, where I abused my self-res and a cowardly tactic haha. I deliberately got knocked out by the gas, just to hold my higher ground. From a total of 4 teams and 8 to 9 players, only I held the high ground, and to have that advantage in the endgame can be absolutely game breaking.

Only one of my teammate's and I were alive in the end, and you'll see how our duo manages to handle the end circle. As I beamed from above and knocked down one enemy after the other, my teammate stood below and confirmed the eliminations.

Then I left my vantage point to respawn both my dead teammates, only to take on the one and only enemy that was left.

No way we were losing this match, right?

As we struck fear into the last solo enemy's mind, he got bamboozled from all angles, then I ended the game with my finishing blow haha.

Well, that's about it for this insanely "broken" gameplay. Hate to do it, but someone has to do the dirty work, even if it's just a game.
