Aunque algunas cosas pueden caer del cielo y llegar a ti sin siquiera buscarlas, hay otras por las que toca luchar e implican un poco más de esfuerzo, pero cuando finalmente todo hace "clic" y cada cosa está en su lugar difícilmente haya algo que lo pueda parar, y es que nada más poderoso que la suma de voluntades.

Y lo que en un principio parecía cuesta arriba, al cruzarnos con las personas indicadas y movernos juntas en una misma dirección se va logrando eso que tanto soñamos.

Ayer fue un día súper especial para mí, y sé que para mis compañeros también, porque ayer el grupo de Hivers Margariteños tuvo su primera capacitación en línea de la mano de @filoriologo y @zullyscot, dos Hive Builders magníficos, a los que agradecemos muchísimo el dedicar dos horas de su tiempo para este grupo que día a día sigue creciendo.

La idea de este encuentro virtual nació en una de nuestras muchas conversaciones en el grupo de telegram que tenemos, y por sugerencia de @sugarelys, quien antes de lanzarse a la aventura de formalizar una comunidad, creyó conveniente capacitarnos antes, porque créanme que mi yo ansiosa y desbocada ya hubiese creado la cuenta 🤣

La cosa es que ella tiene razón, y es mejor comenzar por el principio, así que nos reunimos para escoger los temas sobre los cuales queríamos aprender y buscamos ayuda. Por supuesto mi primera opción fue César, en principio porque sé que son temas que maneja, ya que es lo que hace casi que a diario desde Hive Barquisimeto en compañía de su esposa Zully, aparte de ser un gran amigo, siempre dispuesto a ayudarme, y por supuesto esta no fue la excepción.

Súper dispuestos como siempre él y Zully, aceptaron la invitación para que desde nuestro Classroom de Hive en Margarita nos hablararan sobre qué es Hive, cómo funciona la cadena de bloques, las diferencias entre el HIVE y el HBD, y lo más importante de todo... cómo presentar HIVE de manera eficiente.

Nuestro encuentro se pautó para las 7 de la noche el día de ayer y estuvimos casi dos horas escuchando y aprendido muchísimas cosas que a pesar de los años en Hive desconocíamos, y es que puede resultar bastante complejo y abrumador, pero ellos supieron explicarnos de manera fácil y sencilla cada cosa, lo que hará nuestro trabajo mucho más sencillo.

César se preparó unas láminas buenísimas que nos quedan de apoyo para repasar y no olvidar los conocimientos adquiridos, y tuvimos presentes en la sala de chat a la gran mayoría de los que hasta ahora conforman nuestro grupo, cosa que me hizo súper feliz, porque me habla del compromiso que tienen con este proyecto, de sus ganas de crecer, y de este amor que todos sentimos por Hive.

Este es apenas el primer bloque de capacitaciones, pues tenemos otro temario pendiente referente al mundo de la cripto adopción, para el cual esperamos contar con la ayuda y el apoyo de otros Hive Builders amigos, sabemos que hay muchos realmente comprometidos con la blockchain, y dispuestos a ayudar, así que preparados mi gente que estarán viendo más seguido a los Hivers margariteños haciendo bulla por estos lados.

And what at first seemed uphill, when we cross paths with the right people and move together in the same direction, we achieve what we dreamed of so much.

Yesterday was a very special day for me, and I know it was for my colleagues too, because yesterday the group of Hivers Margariteños had its first online training with @filoriologo and @zullyscot, two magnificent Hive Builders, to whom we are very grateful for dedicating two hours of their time for this group that continues to grow day by day.

The idea of this virtual meeting was born in one of our many conversations in the telegram group we have, and at the suggestion of @sugarelys, who before launching into the adventure of formalizing a community, thought it convenient to train us before, because believe me that my anxious and rampant self would have already created the account 🤣.

The thing is that she is right, and it is better to start at the beginning, so we got together to choose the topics we wanted to learn about and look for help. Of course my first choice was Cesar, in principle because I know that these are topics that he handles, as it is what he does almost daily from Hive Barquisimeto in the company of his wife Zully, besides being a great friend, always willing to help me, and of course this was no exception.

Super willing as always he and Zully, accepted the invitation from our Hive Classroom in Margarita to talk to us about what Hive is, how the blockchain works, the differences between HIVE and HBD, and most important of all... how to present HIVE in an efficient way.

Our meeting was scheduled for 7 pm yesterday night and we spent almost two hours listening and learning many things that despite the years in Hive we did not know, and it can be quite complex and overwhelming, but they knew how to explain each thing in an easy and simple way, which will make our work much easier.

César prepared some great slides that we can use as support to review and not forget the knowledge acquired, and we had present in the chat room the vast majority of those who so far make up our group, which made me super happy, because it speaks to me of the commitment they have with this project, their desire to grow, and this love we all feel for Hive.

This is just the first block of trainings, because we have another pending topic regarding the world of crypto adoption, for which we hope to have the help and support of other Hive Builders friends, we know that there are many really committed to the blockchain, and willing to help, so be prepared my people that you will be seeing more often the Hivers margariteños making noise around these parts.
