Hablar a otros de Hive siempre me dio un poco de miedo, pero a medida que pasan los días es algo que voy disfrutando cada vez más, y no es que sea una experta, de hecho sé que me falta muchísimo por aprender, pero creo que todos de alguna manera podemos aportar a otros, lo poco o lo mucho que sabemos y juntos seguir creciendo.

Lo que comenzó como respuesta a la pregunta "qué estás haciendo ahorita Rosa?", me ha llevado a hablar de Hive en estos últimos días, casi que el 90% de mi tiempo despierta, y creo que hasta dormida, y es que después del primer encuentro, una vez que crearon sus cuentas, no solo nos hemos reunido, sino que vía WhatsApp la cosa ha estado activa.

Ayer fue nuestro segundo día de capacitación, aprovechando otro día del torneo de Ajedrez de los niños, y para mi sorpresa, ya no eran tres, sino cinco, porque una de las nuevas, llevó dos más, así que tocó regresar un poco sobre lo que ya habíamos hablado el sábado, pero como ayer llevé todo más organizado, fue mucho más sencillo, y avanzamos en poco tiempo a lo que tenía pautado para ese día.

La idea era hablarles sobre las publicaciones en general, cómo publicar desde el blog, lo que debe contener un post, y la importancia de leer las reglas de cualquier comunidad antes de publicar para no cometer errores.

Hablamos también de las etiquetas y su importancia, y por supuesto de su post introductorio. Qué debe contener y sugerencias para su armado, recalcando la importancia de realizar un trabajo de calidad, tomando en cuenta que lo que presentamos habla de quiénes somos y que es algo que quedará por siempre y para siempre en la red, por lo que debe ser algo bien hecho.

Ese día, aprovechamos de crear un grupo de WhatsApp, en el cual estamos @sugarelys, las 5 reclutas, y yo, para desde ahí comenzar a ayudarlas con sus posts introductorios, de hecho ayer, una de ellas me mostró lo que lleva adelantado del suyo, y la verdad me emocioné muchísimo al ver que lo están tomando con seriedad, y me vine convencida de ello, porque en dos días de torneo de 9 am a 6 pm no dejaron de hablar de Hive en ningún momento.

La verdad fueron dos días un poco agotadores, pero sin dudas de mucha satisfacción y espero que muy pronto puedan estar leyendo los posts introductorios de este pequeño grupo. Por ahora vamos como dicen por ahí, sin prisa pero sin pausa.

Talking to others about Hive always gave me a little fear, but as the days go by it is something that I enjoy more and more, and it is not that I am an expert, in fact I know that I still have a lot to learn, but I believe that in some way we can all contribute to others, the little or the much that we know and together we can continue to grow.

What began as an answer to the question "what are you doing right now Rosa? ", has led me to talk about Hive in the last few days, almost 90% of my time awake, and I think even asleep, and after the first meeting, once they created their accounts, not only have we met, but via WhatsApp things have been active.

Yesterday was our second day of training, taking advantage of another day of the children's Chess tournament, and to my surprise, there were no longer three, but five, because one of the new ones, brought two more, so we had to go back a little on what we had already talked about on Saturday, but as yesterday I took everything more organized, it was much simpler, and we moved forward in a short time to what I had planned for that day.

The idea was to talk about publications in general, how to publish from the blog, what a post should contain, and the importance of reading the rules of any community before publishing to avoid making mistakes.

We also talked about labels and their importance, and of course about the introductory post. What it should contain and suggestions for its assembly, emphasizing the importance of doing a quality job, taking into account that what we present speaks of who we are and that it is something that will remain forever and ever on the network, so it must be something well done.

That day, we took the opportunity to create a WhatsApp group, in which we are @sugarelys, the 5 recruits, and me, to start helping them with their introductory posts, in fact yesterday, one of them showed me what she has done in advance of hers, and I was really excited to see that they are taking it seriously, and I was convinced of it, because in two days of tournament from 9 am to 6 pm they did not stop talking about Hive at any time.

The truth is that they were two days a little exhausting, but undoubtedly very satisfying and I hope that very soon you will be reading the introductory posts of this small group. For now we are going as they say, slowly but surely.
