Today I will show you how to adapt a Logitech bugle to a USB bugle amplifier circuit. (Esp-Eng)

A mi taller ha llegado una señora con una corneta de la marca Logitech con un plug RCA y quería que se la adaptara a su computadora para poder escuchar musica.

Le dije a la señora lo siguiente:

Esta corneta no tiene amplificador, la corneta tenía un conector tipo RCA y las computadoras tienen entrada de Audio de 3.5 mm, así que debo hacer una adaptación para darle funcionalidad.

A lady came to my shop with a Logitech horn with an RCA plug and wanted me to adapt it to her computer so she could listen to music.

I told the lady the following:

This bugle does not have an amplifier, the bugle had an RCA type plug and computers have 3.5 mm Audio input, so I have to make an adaptation to give it functionality.

Para darle solución a la clienta ubiqué una vueja corneta USB de laptop, estás cornetas están en una estado pero su sonido es bastante bajo.

Ahora verán como podemos adaptar la corneta Logitech en el circuito amplificador de las cornetas USB.

Muchas personas desconocen que en el interior de estas cornetas para pc hay un circuito amplificador que puede ser de excelente calidad, pero que para hacerlas más atractivas y comerciales les conectan cornetas pequeñas.

Aquí observamos que la placa cuenta con un amplificador AD8002 y las cornetas están conectadas en paralelo.

To give a solution to the customer I located an old USB laptop bugle, these bugles are in a good condition but their sound is quite low.

Now you will see how we can adapt the Logitech bugle in the amplifier circuit of the USB bugles.

Many people do not know that inside these PC speakers there is an amplifier circuit that can be of excellent quality, but to make them more attractive and commercial they connect small speakers.

Here we can see that the board has an AD8002 amplifier and the horns are connected in parallel.

Este amplificador funciona con 5vdc, por esa razón puede funcionar con USB.

De acuerdo a las especificaciones técnicas podemos conectar fácilmente estas nuevas cornetas y obtener un mejor sonido.

Aquí desolde los cables de las cornetas pequeñas, como pueden ver ambas cornetas tienes sus cables positivos y negativos unidos, es decir en paralelo.

According to the technical specifications we can easily connect these new horns and get a better sound.

Here I unsolder the wires of the small horns, as you can see both horns have their positive and negative wires joined, that is to say in parallel.

Ahora voy a retirar la corneta secundaría y en su lugar colocaré la corneta Logitech.

Hecho esto procedemos a probar el sonido de la corneta.

Now I am going to remove the secondary cornet and in its place I will place the Logitech cornet.

Once this is done we proceed to test the sound of the bugle.

Después de hacer la prueba y escuchar que el sonido es muy bueno, procedemos a armar la corneta principal y culminar la adaptación.

De esta forma mejoramos la calidad de sonido de estas cornetas de pc y seguro que la clienta se sentirá a gusto al ver que una corneta que no iba a funcionar sola, ahora lo hace y con una buena calidad de sonido.

After doing the test and hearing that the sound is very good, we proceed to assemble the main bugle and finish the adaptation.

This way we improve the sound quality of these pc bugles and we are sure that the client will feel comfortable to see that a bugle that was not going to work alone, now does and with a good sound quality.

He hecho adaptaciones cómo éstas con las mini cornetas que traen las computadoras VIT, estas tienen dos amplificadores potentes, así que las pueden adaptar a una corneta de equipo de sonido fácilmente.

Espero que la idea les sirva a ustedes para rescatar esas cornetas de pc que a veces dejan de funcionar por una ruptura de cable, por problemas periféricos en el circuito pero que su amplificador sigue en buen estado.

I have made adaptations like these with the mini horns that come with the VIT computers, these have two powerful amplifiers, so they can be easily adapted to a sound equipment horn.
