366 days with Liketu: Night walk with Danna (9/366)

Bonito martes para todos. Voy llegando hace un rato del médico con mi madre y pues estoy bastante esperanzado de que las cosas al final van a salir bien y ella podrá retomar su vida como antes.

En el post pasado les había comentado que iba a pasear con Danna en el polideportivo, que por cierto han mejorado mucho la fachada, pero no me quise enfocar en ello, más que todo en Danna pues era su primera noche de tanto tiempo sin salir a un lugar tan público como ese.

Por un momento me preocupe de la cantidad de personas y la posibilidad que Danna se sintiera un poco insegura o intimidada, algo que podría llevarla a ponerse a la ofensiva.

Sin embargo a pesar de los jalones de cuerda hubo un momento en que se comportó y entendió que era un momento para caminar, ver a las personas de lejos por los momentos y disfrutar de olfatear casi todo a su paso.

Como ella no está acostumbrada a caminar por tanto rato, nos fuimos a sentar un rato mientras ella descansaba para seguir con en paseo.

No me preocupaba que pudiera hacer alguna de sus necesidades porque ella está acostumbrada a hacerlo en casa, muy rara vez orina algún sitio y casi siempre es en la grama, pero del resto es una perra muy educada en ese sentido.

La mayoría de las personas le daba miedo acercarse a ella, puedo entender ya que es grande y una rotwailler, sin embargo habían niños que querían darle de comer alguna chuchería y no tenían miedo alguno.

Fue un buen paseo, próximamente la llevaré con algún outfit.

Nice Tuesday to all of you. I'm just coming home from the doctor with my mother and I'm quite hopeful that things are going to work out in the end and she will be able to resume her life as before.

In the last post I had told you that I was going for a walk with Danna at the sports center, which by the way they have improved the facade a lot, but I didn't want to focus on it, mostly on Danna since it was her first night after such a long time without going out to a public place like that.

For a moment I was worried about the amount of people and the possibility that Danna might feel a bit insecure or intimidated, something that could lead her to go on the offensive.

However despite the tugging on the rope there was a moment when she behaved herself and understood that it was a time to walk, see people from afar for the moments and enjoy sniffing almost everything in her path.

As she is not used to walk for so long, we went to sit for a while while she rested to continue with the walk.

I wasn't worried that she might do some of her needs because she is used to do it at home, very rarely urinating somewhere and almost always in the grass, but otherwise she is a very polite dog in that sense.

Most people were afraid to approach her, which I can understand as she is big and a rotwailler, however there were children who wanted to feed her some treats and they were not afraid at all.

It was a good ride, I will take her out in some outfit soon.
