Deseos VIP (k-drama review)

Saludos amigos, espero que todos este pasando un excelente fin de semana. Tenia mucho tiempo sin escribir en mi blog personal. Estos días atrás he estado incursionando más en el ámbito de los gameplay en mi otra cuenta @pardostories, y me la he estado pasando muy bien con mis amigos y colegas.

Greetings friends, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I haven't written in my personal blog for a long time. These days I have been dabbling more in gameplay on my other account @pardostories, and I've been having a great time with my friends and colleagues.

Estas semanas atrás ha sido bastante estresante y pues había olvidado lo que era acostarse en la cama a ver una serie de netflix con cotufas al lado. Me lo propuse y por fin luego de tanto tiempo me dedique a mirar una nueva seria coreana que me ha dejado con la boca abierta, pues a mi parecer ha sido perfecta.

These past few weeks have been quite stressful and I had forgotten what it was like to lie in bed and watch a Netflix series with some popcorn next to me. I decided to do it and finally after so long I dedicated myself to watch a new Korean series that has left me with my mouth open, because in my opinion it has been perfect.

Cuando supe quien era la protagonista inmediatamente lo agregue a mi lista hace tiempo porque sabia que la trama iba a hacer algo que me mantuviera a la expectativa.

When I found out who the main character was I immediately added it to my list a long time ago because I knew the plot was going to do something to keep me in anticipation.

Mañana

Kim Hee-sun hizo un papel extraordinario en la serie "mañana", donde yo por primera vez fue que la vi actuar, y la verdad quede enamorado de su serenidad, seriedad, frialdad y a la vez humanidad. Es sin duda alguna una actriz camaleón, se adapta muy bien a cada rol o momento de la trama.

Kim Hee-sun played an extraordinary role in the series "Tomorrow", where I saw her acting for the first time, and the truth is that I fell in love with her serenity, seriousness, coldness and humanity at the same time. She is undoubtedly a chameleon actress, she adapts very well to each role or moment of the plot.

VIP es un dorama perfecto para ella, una trama llena de lujuria, poder, manipulación y un elemento bastante interesante que me hace recordar a The Bachelor dado que hay una empresa prestigiosa dedicada a casar parejas según su estatus y la cantidad de ceros que tengan en su cuanta bancaria.

VIP is a perfect dorama for her, a plot full of lust, power, manipulation and a very interesting element that reminds me of The Bachelor since there is a prestigious company dedicated to marry couples according to their status and the amount of zeros they have in their bank account.

La introducción del tema raíz de la trama es algo que te indica que necesitas verlo de inicio a fin y te garantiza que no vas a querer dormir hasta que se haga justicia y se sepa toda la verdad.

The introduction of the root theme of the plot is something that tells you that you need to watch it from start to finish and guarantees that you will not want to sleep until justice is done and the whole truth is known.

Siempre como espectador de este tipo de doramas me ha fascinado ver como el poder cae sobre su mismo peso a la hora de que la justicia entre tantas batallas se hace presente en una guerra final por el poder y la verdad.

Always as a viewer of this type of doramas I have been fascinated to see how power falls on its own weight when justice among so many battles becomes present in a final war for power and truth.

Es increíble lo que puede hacer una mujer sin dinero pero con el impulso de la venganza y ver que todas las piezas van encajando a su favor. Pero lo más atractivo es el hecho de que muchas veces me lleve sorpresas dado a ciertas escenas que no estaban dentro de mi expectativa, fue mucho más allá.

It is incredible what a woman with no money but with the impulse of revenge can do and see that all the pieces fit together in her favor. But the most attractive thing is the fact that many times I was surprised by certain scenes that were not within my expectations, it went far beyond.

El poder femenino es algo vital en este k-drama, hay partes donde se puede ver la lucha contra el patriarcado y la verdad es que me gusta, dado que la mayoría de los doramas el poder siempre reside en el hombre.

The female power is something vital in this k-drama, there are parts where you can see the struggle against patriarchy and the truth is that I like it, since most doramas the power always resides in men.

Hay una lucha entre el poder, la verdad y el interés. Pero cuando se agrega un lado personal como son los hijos, se vuelve una verdadera guerra donde los aliados se traicionan entre si en busca de escalar en la jerarquía de poder pero también buscando la salida para proteger a sus familias.

There is a struggle between power, truth and interest. But when you add a personal side such as children, it becomes a real war where allies betray each other in search of climbing the hierarchy of power but also looking for a way out to protect their families.

Este no es un dorama nada romántico, creo más bien que esta lleno de admiración, de luchas, tristezas, impotencia y con un toque de suspenso cruel. Al final le dieron un pequeño toque de paz y romanticismo sin tanto detalles que a mi parecer quedo perfecto porque no es la esencia raíz de la trama.

This is not a romantic dorama at all, I think it is full of admiration, struggles, sadness, helplessness and a touch of cruel suspense. At the end they gave it a little bit touch of peace and romanticism without so many details that in my opinion was perfect because it is not the root essence of the plot.

No se si hay una segunda temporada, pero estos 8 capítulos para mi fueron refrescantes y bastante interesante en la forma cómo el poder en conjunto con el interés son capaces de morder la mano de quien le da de comer uno al otro.

I don't know if there is a second season, but these 8 chapters for me were refreshing and quite interesting in the way power in conjunction with interest are able to bite the hand of the one who feeds each other.

También y no menos importante se toca el tema de bullying y de los problemas cuando hay una separación y perdida, pero de una forma sutil para no empañar el suspenso por la justicia y verdad.

Also and not least it touches on bullying and the problems when there is a separation and loss, but in a subtle way so as not to tarnish the suspense for justice and truth.

Algo si deja en claro este dorama, la mayoría de los matrimonios, es un negocio.

One thing this dorama makes clear, most marriages are a business.
