We continue our tour of the wonderful city of Soest, but this time our goal is slightly different, because we are going to a restaurant with a very interesting history and by the way we will see some more buildings on the way. The restaurant is called Brauerei Christ

Kontynuujemy nasze zwiedzanie wspaniałego miasta Soest , ale tym razem nasz cel jest nieco inny ,ponieważ udajemy się restauracji z bardzo ciekawa historię a przy okazji po drodze zobaczymy kolejne pewne budowle . Restauracja zwie się Brauerei Christ

Immediately behind the two churches mentioned in the previous post, there is another small square, the buildings of which are from the Middle Ages, as in most of this city. Interestingly, Crovette stopped in the square, which also attracted the eye, but there was a building that seemed to tilt, and this is precisely about its roof.

Zaraz za dwoma kościołami o których była mowa w poprzednim poście , znajduje się kolejny niewielki plac którego zabudowa jest z okresu średniowiecza jak zresztą większość w tym mieście. Co ciekawe na placu zatrzymał się Crovette która również przyciągała wzrok , natomiast był tam budynek który wydawał się pochylać ,a dokładnie chodzi o jego dach.

We leave the square and go further, on the way, of course, we pass other beautiful buildings and come across a kind of a small artificial lake around which there are both new and old buildings, in addition there are a lot of cafes and a playground

Opuszczam plac i kierujemy się dalej ,po drodze oczywiście mijamy kolejne piękne budowle i natrafiamy na coś w rodzaju niewielkiego sztucznego jeziora wokół którego znajdują się zarówno nowe jak i stare budowle ,w dodatku jest tu dużo kawiarenek i plac zabaw. 

As for this lake and this place in general, we may come back on next post, but now we enter to one of the streets and go towards our goal, i.e. the Brauerei Christ restaurant

Co do tego jeziora i ogólnie tego miejsca być może jeszcze wrócimy w następnym poście , teraz jednak wchodzimy w jedną z ulic i idziemy w kierunku naszego celu czyli restauracji Brauerei Christ

We've reached our destination, now it's time for a short history of this place. It is documented that the half-timbered house, the barn, the stable and the fountain were built here as early as 1584. Originally, there was simply a farm here, which farmers had access from all sides. In 1727 the property was bought for 500 thalers by the brewer and innkeeper Andreas Friedrich, who of course opened a brewery and an inn here. In 1775 this place fell into the hands of the Plange family, who also ran an inn here, and in 1836 the inn was taken over by a baker, brewer, and distiller Anton Christ. From 1980 until today, the place is run by the Drees family. Let's see this restaurant from the outside and let's go inside

Dotarliśmy do celu , teraz czas na krótką historię tego miejsca. Udokumentowane jest iż dom ryglowy stodoła stajnia oraz fontanna zostały tu zbudowane już w 1584 roku. Pierwotnie była tu po prostu farma do której rolnicy mieli dostęp z każdej strony . W 1727 majątek ten został wykupiony za 500 talarów przez piwowara i karczmarza Andreas Friedrich który rzecz jasna otworzył tu browar i karczmę . W 1775 r miejsce te wpadło w ręce rodziny Plange która również prowadziła tu karczmę ,a w 1836 karczmę przejął ,piekarz ,piwowar ,gorzelnik Anton Christ. Od 1980 aż do dziś miejsce to prowadzone jest przez rodzinę Drees. Obejrzymy tą restauracje z zewnątrz oraz wejdźmy do środka  

Regarding prices and food, it is unfortunately not cheap. For example schnitzel with beer sauce, fries, salad is around 14.60 euro BUT it is the best schnitzel I have ever eaten.

Jeżeli chodzi o ceny i jedzenie ,to niestety nie jest tanio , Na przykład sznycel z sosem piwnym frytkami ,sałatką to około 14.60 euro , ALE jest to najlepszy sznycel jaki jadłem.
