Así que inmediatamente me puse a llenar los dos tambores del suministro de agua, estos dos tambores son los únicos que hay en la casa, ya que el tanque que tenemos se dañó.

Luego de eso realice mi aseo personal como de costumbre, y me puse a realizar el desayuno para mi madre y para mí, dos arepas de harinas de maíz, mi madre no puede hacer sus cosas sola porque ha sido operada de tumor cerebral en varias ocasiones, y quedo con las secuelas, que son síntomas como desequilibrio, la visión borrosa, entre otras cosas.

Una vez que estaban listas las arepas, la puse en un plato Ondo, la prepare y se la lleve a mi madre para que comiera, ella normalmente tiene mucho frío, por la ven con suéter y cobijas en la siguiente foto jajaja.

Yo me senté cerca de ella para comer juntos, hablamos por un muy buen rato, además después comer le tuve que dar una pastilla que le mandaron para la depresión, ya que ha pasado por momentos muy fuertes y su vida ha cambiado mucho, anda en un proceso de tristeza así que hay que ayudarla con medicamentos.

Ya después me tuve que poner a realizar el almuerzo, porque la hora pasa súper rápido y mi mamá siempre come temprano. Sinceramente no tenía ganas de cocinar de nuevo, pero por mi mamá lo hago.

Una vez que termine, lleve a mi mamá a que se acostara un rato y le dije que la iba a dejar sola en el cuarto un momento mientras practicaba unas canciones nuevas en mi instrumento la mandolina, ya que soy músico necesitaba aprenderme algunas canciones.

Once I finished, I took my mom to lie down for a while and I told her that I was going to leave her alone in the room for a moment while I practiced some new songs on my instrument, the mandolin, since I am a musician I needed to learn some songs.

Después de unas horas, tuve que dejar de practicar, puse a calentar algo de agua en la cocina, para así poder preparar todo para que mi mamá se bañe, ya que ella tiene mucho frío, normalmente caliento agua para quitarle lo frío al agua, y que así se pueda bañar cómodamente.

Una vez todo listo, la ayude a bañarse y luego le comenté que debíamos hacer algo de ejercicio, le dije que hiciéramos una caminata dentro de la casa, el fin de esto es fortalecer sus piernas, ya que suele estar acostada o sentada eso hace mucho daño a sus musculos.

Hace poco le conseguimos una andadera para que tratará de caminar por su cuenta, pero lo malo es que debido a su desequilibrio y la visión, la andadera yo no le sirve mucho, ya que ella en ocasiones y sin saberlo se va hacia atrás, y se puede caer si no está alguien ayudándola o pendiente.

Once everything was ready, I helped her take a bath and then I told her that we should do some exercise, I told her that we should take a walk inside the house, the purpose of this is to strengthen her legs, since she is usually lying down or sitting that does a long time damage to your muscles.

We recently got her a walker so she can try to walk on her own, but the downside is that due to her imbalance and vision, the walker doesn't help her much, since she sometimes unknowingly falls backwards, and It can fall if someone is not helping or watching.

Luego nos sentamos en la parte de afuera de la casa, los vecinos nos habían dicho que iba a pasar una caravana de carnaval de la comunidad en frente de la casa, así que esperamos que vinieran con el fin de distraernos un poco.
