Carambola when it cuts for eating then it looks like star. This fruit very beneficial for health.

Carambola, its great source of vitamin C that is specially helpful skin and increase our body's immunity system. It also contains viamin A, B, zinc sodium, magnesium and potassium.

Its good for losing weight, control blood pressure and help for good sleep at night.
