HELLO EVERYONE

Long time no greeting all of you who are here, is everything okay

On this occasion I will share some pictures of butterflies that I got when I was about to clean my backyard, you could say I found a beauty in the trash, that's roughly for example, you just imagine if we find a butterfly -beautiful butterflies playing on the ground, really cute and sweet, and here are some of my shots

Danaus genutia , the common tiger , is one of the most common butterflies in India, it belongs to "crows and tigers", namely the group Danainae from the brush-footed butterfly family, the butterfly is also called striped tiger in India to distinguish them from the same common tiger, Danaus chrysippus, this species was first described by Pieter Cramer in 1779.

The color of this butterfly is indeed similar to the color of a tiger, the combination of various colors found on the body and wings is quite unique and interesting

It was raining where I was this afternoon, and maybe that's what made this butterfly a little tame than usual, it could be because its wings were wet from the rain.

What makes me curious, why is this butterfly playing on the ground, what is it looking for there, does it also eat soil, that moment I also photographed when the butterfly was playing happily on the ground

Look at that, can you explain what it looks like in the picture, why only now I see a butterfly likes to play on the ground, even he walks instead of flying

Actually it's two butterflies of the same kind, they both surround me as if to invite me to play, really cute

From the sources I quoted above, I can guess that this butterfly is a male, you can click on the source to find the differences between males and females for this type of butterfly, and it looks like this butterfly is still a teenager, because before that I I've also seen this type of butterfly, but it's bigger than the one in the photo above

I was so excited, I also tried several times to catch him, but he really didn't fly, but only jumped a few inches from where he was before,

Among the photos, only one shot the moment he flew and it answered all my questions that they really can fly, but they keep coming back to where I was.

Well that's all I can share this time, I hope you like it, see you again and thank you

Thank you for entering the contest.
Nice studies of the movement of the butterfly :-). At the same time, however, you inadvertently showed several things that are not good for nature (discarded chewing gum wrappers, spoons, pieces of plastic). It would like to clean it up a bit and the butterflies will visit your garden with more joy :-)
