Hello friends of hive, today I bring you a super easy recipe to make and with few ingredients that will be delighted. In my country it is a traditional sweet that is called mango jelly, with the wizard we can make ice cream, juices, manjar, jelly, and a pae.
Ingredientes:
- Mangos.
- Vainilla.
- Pela papa.
- Azúcar.

1- Con el pela papa comenzamos a pelar los mangos y Lo Colocamos en una olla, y agregamos suficiente agua hasta cubrirlo todo.
2- Después que esta listo con una cuchara procedemos a separar la pulpa de la pepa de mango.

3- Luego en una olla colocamos un poco de vainilla y azúcar.
4- Ahora con una paleta le damos vuelta y vuelta, que no se le pegue de la olla, luego cuando el dulce se le vea el final de la olla es cuando ya esta listo y podemos colocarlo en una molde de su preferencia y directamente lo metemos en la nevera.
