Hello how are you?; If you want to change your life and add beneficial habits for you and help the environment, I recommend you adopt the following habits because they will help you keep your space as tidy as possible, make the most of your time, and enjoy life more without so many distractions.



I have adopted the 1-minute rule and this one-minute rule means that, if we can do something in our house in less than a minute or a minute that we do it, for example, by eating a small snack of some fruit, the one-minute rule says that well if I can clean this in less than a minute I have to do it, it's not the same as right now I make my snack and leave everything messy and then I'm going to do something else and leave everything dirty there, because well It's going to look very messy, so if it takes me less than a minute to clean up, I have to do it.


At the time one gets used to doing it, you think how long it will take you and you do it; And dolo, I promise you that if you follow this simple habit your space will always be tidy.



Another habit that is always on my mind is to be thankful for what we already have; many times we focus on those things that we need and we forget how lucky we are to have all those things in our space,


I don't know if it has happened to them, that they want to buy something and that they become obsessed with what they want to buy and once they have it, that happiness that they thought that object was going to give them vanishes, after one or two days and our mind jump to want to buy the next thing; when we buy more because we spend more and have to work more, then the question is to try to appreciate what we already have in order not to spend so much, perhaps work less and have more freedom to do things that have greater meaning.


Another thing I meditate on is when I am in my space, appreciating what I have and I remember that at some point I longed for that object and now I have it, I have to enjoy it and in this way we are not always thinking about scarcity, because also when we value what we already we have also generate more abundance.



The next habit is to learn to say NO, many times when they give us something we are embarrassed to say no because we do not want that person to be offended or feel bad, but if we want to have a space without so many things we have to put up a barrier so that Stuff we don't need comes in.


If someone offers you something for free, not because it is free you have to accept it, it is okay to say no and also remember that saying no is like a muscle and the more we say no to things we do not want, the easier it will be for us to be honest with our values ​​and with ourselves.


Well I hope you take some of these tips, to have more time with what we really spend and enjoy; that they are very well.
