Our order in disorder.

Our order in disorder.

Hello friends, you have never felt that after cleaning and ordering your space you still feel that it looks dirty, untidy, it is most likely that you have a problem of excess things.

They are those things that we leave on top of our furniture, the excess of decorations in our space or drawers and messy spaces and well many times our eyes get used to this configuration of the space that we do not realize is there, it is like the noise of the refrigerator when the fridge is turned on we no longer notice it but how about when we buy a new refrigerator when we plug it in and it turns on automatically we notice that noise because we are not familiar with it.

So we have to find a way to get our eyes unused to this visual load so that we can get rid of it and when we clean our space it feels clean and does not have this sense of disorder in order.

It is good to get rid of unnecessary things because the more things we have, because these things are going to be constantly competing for our attention, that is going to saturate our senses and is going to make us feel stressed or anxious, obviously having fewer things, so we are leaving to feel more relaxed we will be able to rest better and thus enjoy our space more, also having so many things causes dirt to accumulate, think about it for a moment it is not the same to clean a surface that has only one object than to try to clean one surface with many things on it.

The first thing we have to do is remove everything we can on the horizontal surfaces of our space, such as, for example, the table, the desk or the nightstand, the kitchen and others and well this will make our space feel more spacious, cleaner and more orderly we can leave some little things like, for example, a plant, but it is only one thing or two things to decorate but more I feel that it would already look very busy.

Another thing we can do is give each object that we have at home a place, for example, if we have books we can put them on a bookcase or in a specific drawer if we have clothes we can store those clothes in the closet if we have toothbrushes in the bathroom sink put them in a place that corresponds to them and if we have papers we can keep them in a folder or in some file.

Another thing we can do is choose neutral colors for those things that we use in our home, for example, this strainer is made of stainless steel and is very different from a red or orange or green plastic strainer that competes to attract your attention. with other objects, also the shovels that I use are made of wood, which is a very neutral color and that also helps the environment because being made of wood we can simply bury them or put them in the compost.

A good technique is that the pots of our plants are white or neutral colors or glass and in this way I can decorate the space without feeling so saturated with things.

Another suggestion that I would like to give you is to decorate with a single large object that you like very much, instead of many small objects, because many small objects compete for our attention and that makes us not appreciate each one of these objects, instead one great thing that has nothing around it because it makes us appreciate it and also the age of any kind, a special feeling to that object because only our attention is focused on that particular object.

Personally, I really like plants, but if you like plants, you can put something else that you like a lot, but remember only one big thing so that our senses are not saturated. Well I say goodbye, they are very well, tell me how they do to download their spaces, I would like to

View or trade LOH tokens.

@rosauradels, You have received 1.0000 LOH for posting in Ladies of Hive. We believe that you should be rewarded for the time and effort spent in creating articles. The goal is to encourage token holders to accumulate and hodl LOH tokens over a long period of time.

I think these are awesome tips. You are right. Sometimes we get so used to the excess but we still wonder why our space isn't as orderly as we want it to be.

I think regular decluttering too should be something we ought to do. This will always remind us that less is more.

Well done.
