Bizarre feeling of familiarity

This is one of the strange topics to write on. It is really hard to collect suitable words for such bizarre feeling of familiarity i.e. Déjà vu. It sounds more like a black magic or some un-explanatory happenings. I think most of us have experienced such moments or feeling in our life but there are people who do experience Déjà vu more often. Well, in my opinion, if it is more often that it needs to be notified and looked after by some concern doctor or appropriate person.

It has happened to me several times and it felt so strange and makes a person speechless because no one is going to believe it. However, I have always shared such feeling and experience with my immediate family members. Then, I came to know that this could be my illusion or over thinking but the reality is something else, which cannot be defined.
I remember that I encountered these types of situations in my childhood more, which could be possible due to watching too many cartoons or keeping in mind some horror movie scenes or thinking a lot. I didn’t notified my family at that time in childhood but when I experienced the same in 15-20 years, I told my brothers about it. They took it in a very normal way and didn’t show any strange feeling, then I realized maybe this happen with every other person and its type of illusion.

Once upon a time, our whole family were having a dinner and we all were chit chatting while eating. I remember that moment when my elder bro said something and I suddenly noticed that this moment is repeating itself, it has happened before. We used to have dinner together every day so it was not like that at all, I observed and felt like it has happened before, same words and then looked my other brother which I knew in my mind that he is going to reply and same thing happened. I was shocked to hear those exact words and exact scenario. In strange behavior, I interrupted and said, this has happened before, my brothers started pulling my leg and took it very lightly, laughing and making fun of me. That bizarre feeling was just for 10-15 seconds and then I got involved with my brothers in those jokes.

Honestly speaking, I just don’t care about it anymore and don’t think about it as well because I cannot get to the resolution or ending point of it. It just happen to fast and in seconds. It could be due to some illness or some chemical issues in brain as per common remarks. I think that this could be if we have seen the same type of moment in our dreams which we didn’t remember on the actual day but when such thing repeats in reality, it pop up in our brain automatically.

One of my favorite movie Final Destination is somewhat similar to this where person has the illusion and same thing happens after that. But in our case, we do not have that much remembrance of the moment and cannot be changed. More Study on this subject can lead us to world of illusions where we can control our future or present. Well, that’s too filmy.

On other case, we see few faces which we recognize and try to remember where we have seen them. We didn’t think about it much because it is normal to have seen someone or lookalike face but this type of Déjà vu is too dangerous in my opinion. It is better to just stay up with normal life instead of getting too much in Déjà vu subject. That’s all from my side. Cheers!!!
