Far away from Digital World for a week

We all know that how important mobile phone or computer is for this era. These are included in basic necessities of life. It has become mandatory for a person and plays an important role in daily routine life. Whether you are at home or at office, computer and phone are required to communicate and expand businesses. On the other hand, we all are addicted to these things as well. We use them unnecessarily and spend most of our time just for entertainment.

Honestly speaking, this topic has made me happy just to think life without computer and mobile phones. I have recently spent a week without computer as my monitor was not working. I was busy fixing it and taking it to the repair shop. In fact, I can’t say that week without computer because I was spending more time trying to fix it. We all need to have some break from mobile phone and computer to live life with our loved ones and give more time to our family.

If I have a week without computer and phone, my routine will be changed upside down. I would sleep early so can wake up early in the morning. Start jogging and then join gym for some basic exercise that would make me physically fit and active. Read morning newspaper with a cup of tea would be great start for the day.

I would spend more time with my family especially with kids, will play games and try to teach them manners. Having fun with kids is the best time but nowadays, we hand over the phones to kids to get rid of them and focus on other things. On the other hand, when we get busy in computer or phones, we didn’t give appropriate time to our kids. As we do not have access to such things for a week, it would be best for kids to have real life with parents and vice-versa.

In the evening, would play any sports with my friends. Sports like football, cricket or badminton. Will take family for outings on weekend. It will be a fantastic week.

I will make sure to take pictures for the whole week and make posts/blogs once I have access to computers or mobile phones ;)

It's interesting to see you talk about this experience because my laptop have been under repair for 3 weeks and this is already the 4 week with no hope.

A life without these gadgets can be tough but it's never the end of the world for any of us.

@kenechukwu97 it could be tough and difficult to handle things, but it is not the actual life. We can live without them. However, these gadgets are useful and make our lives comfortable and cheerful. This is also the truth.
Sp, it is mandatory to have balanced life with gadgets all around.

YEAH. To some people, the work they do at the moment can only be done through the account yet and these are mostly the people that tend to overuse it.

We can make a case for such people if we want. Nonetheless, a balanced lifestyle is always better.

Truly, staying a week without our computer would have a lot of advantages. We can use the time for other important things that we have previously neglected. We could use the time for family, or explore our environment or even engage in self evaluation and sober reflection. I really don't think Living without our phone or computer would hurt as much as we imagine. Thanks for sharing

@luckydrums honestly, we are so into these things that it is impossible to avoid these digital devices. They have their values in our routine life which cannot be neglected. However, it depends on us how to utilize them in order to have balanced life.

Correct... our devices do take away time from us. The time that would have been spent with our family and children but we spend on the phone. It's part of what is leading to little social relationships, while online ones seem to be thriving.
Thank you for sharing this with us.

@bruno-kema well, it is under our control how to manage time but these drugs are so powerful and attractive that we forget everything in front of them.
The message is simple : we should try to have time management.
Thank you for reading my article!!!
