Para iniciar cortaremos varias tiras gruesas de tela tull, todas deben estar del mismo ancho.

Recortamos el elástico grueso del ancho deseado y comenzamos a pegar las tiras de tela tull, como dichas tiras sin largas las doblamos dejamos como un dedo o medio de ancho y es justo allí donde haremos la costura.

Ya cuando hayamos cosido todas las tiras de tela tull en el elástico unimos ambas puntas luego doblamos para que no se vea la costura.

Luego pegamos las piedras decorativas con ayuda del hilo y la aguja.
