Today I intend to update you with my new work adventures that I have lived lately, some of them have left an indelible mark on me, difficult situations that are dusting off those books and codes of conduct that I thought I had kept forever, in this post, the most important thing is to discover how labor issues can affect our daily lives.

We know that sometimes situations arise that are out of our hands and are difficult to control, in my case, my work comes from the Law and the Laws, almost always depends on the decision of a third party, according to the elements that the parties put in their hands and the corresponding regulations, but some cases are more delicate than others and require a deeper analysis, so perhaps some actions may affect us personally...
For this reason, I believe that it is important to be attentive, perhaps we can build some techniques that can guide us to carry out the work processes without affecting our daily lives. For example, we can mention the following:
First of all: "Try to develop with love the tasks assigned to us". This is a very good technique, because if we work with love, we can make better decisions for the benefit of all and develop our tasks with peace of mind.
Secondly, I believe it is necessary: "To get to know the people around us in the work environment in more depth", this will allow us to really know what their tastes and interests are, so that we do not get the wrong idea about them.
In third place, we can include: "Put a margin between personal and work", for employees it is necessary to understand that there are work processes that perhaps at the moment we do not know how to handle, but it would not help us much to take our work home, that would be invading our home with all those obstacles that we face at work.
Fourthly, I believe that we must always: "Give the best of ourselves in every job we do", that is, do our best whenever we can, in this way we will be satisfied at the end of each day and we will obtain better results.
Finally, although equally important, it is necessary on every work front: "Study all the possible solutions to the conflicts that arise", so we will know which is the best option to take to satisfy the different areas.
It is clear that there can be many more ways and even many others can be created, but these are the most important so that the work does not affect our intimate space, separating the work from the personal. We know that in many occasions it can be complicated to plan so many things, but if we have a vision of things, it will be easier to develop our work. I came to this conclusion due to a series of events that happened to me recently in my work, I will tell you a summary below:

It turns out that, my work with Law and Law, generally satisfies me a lot, because I almost always work on cases where there are children, and I like to see their smiling faces after achieving something for their benefit, but not always the cases end in a happy ending. Unfortunately justice all over the planet is sometimes a little unfair, it is a very personal criteria, here I can bring to the front a particular case where a minor was abandoned by his biological mother at birth, so the child has been cared and loved in a home with a surrogate father, but now in the present, when he is six years old, his mother has returned to "recover her affection", how easy isn't it? Well, in the end the judge in charge is thinking of returning the child to his biological mother, without thinking about the life he has had with his surrogate father and the negative effects it may bring to the child today.
Having said that, the summary of the subject is very short, but it contains many years of experiences, habits and dreams created, I think I have my own opinion and I know that each person who knows about this matter will also have his own opinion (which I hope will be based on the reality of the case in question) and I think I am thinking above all in the welfare of the child, however, the labor issue goes beyond that, because this is a particular case in my job, but every job is different and, of course, every person solves the problems according to their way of seeing things and their lived experiences.
The labor issue exposed here, implies decisions that we cannot make by our own hands, that maybe we believe we are doing good, but we end up doing a lot of harm without knowing it. In Law the Laws are clear, and we must enforce them, even if sometimes we are far from good, which I do not always agree with, because someone else wrote codes for you.
Legislators today are striving to maintain a balance in societies through legal norms. It is that a job should be like that, put love to what we do, undertake actions with the passion to do what you like, having a job just for the sake of having it, is not a very good idea, that can bring devastating consequences. I think that day by day we must make an effort to evolve in every activity we perform.
Now, what is our work as human beings based on? Are we really working for our own benefit or do we ever stop to think about the good of humanity? These questions have been going around in my head. I do not know exactly how to answer them, I simply let myself be carried away by the subjectivity of some cases and I lean towards the possibility of "make a better world from our trenches". I think we can be better workers, being better human beings.
When someone else's life depends on our work, we must think very carefully about the actions we are going to take in each case. We are not talking about washing dishes or writing a simple paper, but about transforming someone's life through our work, and the results (positive or negative) will depend on the effort we put into contributing to improve the environment in which we develop. Let's reflect on that.

I think that the work problems that sometimes arise should not affect our daily life at home, but it is difficult to separate the two and just flip a switch to forget about everything before going home.
