¡Hola! Amigos de Hive después de estar ausente por una semana por acá les traigo una historia, espero les guste.

Verónica es una chica que no le teme a nada, es aventurera, cariñosa y le encantan los animales. En Una mañana con un sol radiante decidió Verónica ir al rancho que tenían sus abuelos fuera de la ciudad.

A ella le gustaba mucho visitar el rancho de sus abuelos porque sentía muy feliz y tranquila escuchando y sintiendo los sonidos de la naturaleza, una vez que llegó al rancho se tomó unas horas para conversar con sus abuelos, ya que tenía algunas semanas sin verlos.

Estando Verónica observo un caballo y lo tomó para salir a recorrer variar partes que no había recorrido en el rancho, mientras ella estaba cabalgando sentía que alguien la observaba y sin importarle continuo su camino, llegó a un río hermoso y como iba colorada por el sol tan fuerte que estaba haciendo, ella vio una buena oportunidad para tomarse un descanso y darse un baño en el río.

While she was riding she felt that someone was watching her and without caring she continued on her way, she arrived to a beautiful river and as she was reddened by the strong sun, she saw a good opportunity to take a break and take a bath in the river.

Mientras estaba disfrutando del agua del río sintió nuevamente que alguien la estaba observando, Verónica sintió un poco de miedo, ya que noto que el monte se movió de forma extraña, pero no le presto más atención y decidió continuar disfrutando del río, al atardecer decidió regresar a la casa del rancho.

Cuando uno del capataz la ve llegar le dijo "señorita, usted andaba sola en las sábanas", ¡por Dios! Dice la gente que entre el monte se esconde algo que no han podido ver, no se sabe si es algo sobre natural, tenga mucho cuidado, Verónica se ríe y le dijo "tranquilo, no se preocupe."

Al día siguiente Verónica se levantó temprano y le dijo al capataz que le preparará el mismo caballo que saldra, el capataz sorprendido porque no le había hecho caso, le dijo señorita, usted va a cabalgar sola, Verónica se sonrió y le dijo "¡si hay algún problema!" Él nuevamente le dijo cuentan los habitantes que el antiguo capataz de su rancho lo vio y del susto tan grande murió de un infarto, su cuerpo lo encontraron en el camino que va al río de la sábana.

A Verónica no le importo las palabras del capataz y salió en el caballo cuando iba bastante lejos del rancho sintió que alguien la venía siguiendo, volteo hacia detrás y miró el reflejo de alguien que se escondió, en ese momento recordó las palabras del capataz y sintió mucho miedo, sin embargo, ella continuo cabalgando.

He again told the inhabitants that the former foreman of his ranch saw him and died of a heart attack, his body was found on the road that goes to the river of the sheet.

Veronica did not care about the foreman's words and left on the horse when she was quite far from the ranch she felt that someone was following her, she turned behind and saw the reflection of someone who was hiding, at that moment she remembered the foreman's words and felt very scared, however, she continued riding.

Al los pocos minutos no pudo continuar por el miedo que sentía y decidió regresar a casa, el capataz al verla se sorprendió verla llegar tan rápido, ya que no acostumbraba a llegar tan rápido de los recorridos, y rápidamente le preguntó señorita Verónica le ha pasado algo, ella le respondió al capataz no don José solo vengo asustada sentía que alguien me seguía, él le dijo no vuelva a salir sola señorita le podría pasar algo.

Algunos de los trabajadores estaban de acuerdo con salir a buscarla, pero otros decían que era muy peligroso salir en medio de la tormenta, pero el capataz estaba muy impaciente que grito fuerte ¡vamos, vamos todos a buscarla! Si algo le llegara a pasar a la señorita Verónica, sus abuelos no me lo van a perdonar, quien este conmigo me acompaña, todos los trabadores estuvieron de acuerdo y se prepararon para ir a buscarla en medio de la tormenta.

Era una noche bastante oscura y tenebrosa, solo se veían los relámpagos y se sentía la fuerte lluvia caer con sus linternas iban alumbrando el camino, cuando iban llegando al río de la sábana vieron el caballo de Verónica apresuraron el paso y llegaron al sito donde se encontraba el caballo y al lado estaba Verónica inconsciente y ardiendo en fiebre. El capataz la tomó en sus brazos y le gritaba ¡señorita, Verónica, reaccione!.

El capataz al ver que no reaccionaba le dijo a sus trabajadores "muchachos ayúdenme," vamos a llevarla al rancho. Al llegar al rancho le brinadaron los primeros auxilios, sus abuelos estaban muy asustados, y en medio de la fiebre deliraba diciendo es muy feo, es horrible, todos exclamaron "¡Oh Dios ha visto, él mostró de la sabana!".

Al día siguiente Verónica aún tenía un poco de fiebre y estaba débil, el capataz entró a su recámara junto a sus abuelos y le preguntó que le pasó señorita Verónica, ella llorando le contesto don José, vi algo sobre natural, aquello era un hombre con dos cabezas era muy feo y su aroma era horrible y al verlo me desmaye, gracias por salir a buscarme.

Desde entonces Verónica no salió a cabalgar más sola y al poco tiempo decidió regresar a la ciudad a casa de sus padres.

From then on Veronica did not go out riding alone anymore and soon after she decided to return to the city to her parents' house.
