A long university day | Pre-registration, extended line, and bestiess!📝👯♀️✨

El viernes pasado tuve que asistir a la universidad aunque no tenía clases y esto fue porque tuvimos algo que no sabía que se hacía en esta universidad, pues soy nuevo ingreso.
Resulta que hacen un "sondeo" para habilitar las materias del semestre entrante que ya falta poco para inscribirnos, debemos terminar algunas asignaciones y creo que estamos listos. ¡Qué nervios!😳 Se siente como si apenas hace dos semanas entré a la universidad.
En fin, volviendo al tema, en este sondeo debes saber qué materias quieres cursar el semestre entrante y es como una especie de preinscripción. Sonaba bastante sencillo, solo que no contábamos con que sería tan fastidioso el proceso.

Last Friday I had to go to the university even though I had no classes and this was because we had something that I didn't know they did at this university, since I am a new student.
It turns out that they do a "survey" to enable the subjects of the next semester that we are close to enrolling in, we must finish some assignments and I think we are ready. So nervious!!😳 It feels like I just entered the university two weeks ago.
Anyway, back to the topic, in this survey you have to know what subjects you want to take next semester and it's like a kind of pre-enrollment. It sounded pretty simple, we just didn't expect it to be such a hassle.

Llegué aproximadamente a las 7:40 AM, creyendo que era temprano, porque control de estudios abre como a las 8:30 AM, pero que ilusa fui, porque como ven, había una fila bien larga y no eran ni las 8 AM aún. 😭
Yo había hablado con las muchachas, mis amigas de la universidad, de quienes ya les he contado aquí. Nos estábamos comunicando por teléfono cualquier cosa.
Yo, al ser la primera en llegar, les iba contando qué tal el movimiento de todo. Les dije que había bastante gente y que se apuraran.
La primera en llegar fue Alexandra, con quien estuve un buen rato chismorreando y ella, tan bella, me trajo el desayuno, pues sabía que como vivo lejos y que salí de mi casa lo más temprano posible para guardarles el puesto, no me daría chance ni de comer algo.
Luego pasaron una lista donde debíamos anotarnos para llevar un orden.
Alexandra y yo nos anotamos y también a Arslens y, a Indira que aún no llegaban, pero venían en camino.
I arrived at approximately 7:40 AM, thinking that it was early because study control opens at about 8:30 AM, but I was deluded because as you can see, there was a very long line and it wasn't even 8 AM yet. 😭
I had talked to the girls, my friends from the university, who I have already told you about here. We were communicating by phone about anything.
I, being the first to arrive, was telling them how everything was going. I told them that there were quite a lot of people and to hurry up.
The first to arrive was Alexandra, with whom I spent a long time gossiping and she, so beautiful, brought me breakfast because I knew that since I live far away and I left my house as early as possible to save my place, I would not even have a chance to eat something.
Then they passed out a list where we had to sign up to keep order.

Después de un rato finalmente llegó Arslens, le contamos que ya nos habíamos anotado y que éramos las 174 hasta 178. Estábamos impresionadas, porque era demasiada gente, creíamos que saldríamos de ahí súper tarde. Estuvimos por ahí esperando, dando vueltas, hablando y demás.
Arslens es odiosa con las fotos🙄, aunque me da permiso de subirlas jaja.
After a while Arslens finally arrived, we told him that we had already signed up and that we were the 174 to 178. We were impressed because it was too many people, we thought we would leave there super late. We stood around waiting, walking around, talking, and so on.

Indira fue la última en llegar. Nos había contado que tenía un evento en el colegio de su hijo. Recordemos que nuestra Indi es la madre responsable del grupo, tiene 38 años y 3 hijos, entre ellos el adorable Samuel, quien tiene 7 añitos y nos acompañó en la larga espera.
Indi nos avisó que llegaría algo tarde, pero que llegaría y así fue, llegó justo a la hora porque nos repartieron unos números y nos ordenaron en sillas por suerte, teníamos mucho tiempo paradas.
Aquí estuvimos ya más tranquilas, siendo aproximadamente las 12:30 PM.
Indira was the last to arrive. She had told us she had an event at her son's school. Let's remember that our Indira is the responsible mother of the group, she is 38 years old and has 3 children, among them the adorable Samuel, who is 7 years old and accompanied us in the long wait.
Indi warned us that she would arrive a little late, but she would arrive and so it was, she arrived just in time because they gave us some numbers and we were sorted into chairs, luckily we had a long time standing.
Here we were already calmer, being approximately 12:30 PM.

Finalmente logramos pasar a las oficinas para dar nuestros datos y decir qué materias queríamos cursar en este semestre entrante. 📝
We finally made it to the office to give our information and tell them which subjects we wanted to take in the coming semester. 📝

Al fin salimos de ahí después de haber firmado y esperado a las muchachas, ya era la 1:04 PM, tomé esta foto de como seguía la fila aún a esa hora. 😳

Después de tanto trajín aguantando sol, estando paradas e incluso llovió en un momento de la mañana, por fin nos dirigíamos a nuestros hogares. 🥳
After so much hustle and bustle, standing still and it even rained at one point in the morning, we were finally on our way home. 🥳

Indira nos llevó hasta el centro, la amamos. ✨
Ella nos agradeció por haberle guardado su puesto, contándonos que había tenido una mañana bastante caótica también.
Yo le dije que no se preocupara, que para mí era un placer siempre ayudar.

Adoro a estas muchachas, de verdad han sido un gran apoyo y entre todas nos ayudamos siempre.
Las amistades que nacen en la universidad son realmente importantes para nuestro crecimiento y espero seguir con ellas el resto de la carrera. 🤍
I love these girls, they really have been a great support, and between all of us, we always help each other.
The friendships that are born in the university are really important for our growth and I hope to continue with them for the rest of my career.
