No sé que tienen los domingos que se sienten algo nostálgicos, siempre me cuesta mucho más ser productiva los domingos que cualquier otro día.
Estuve eliminando algunas fotos que tenía acumuladas en mi teléfono, de la universidad y demás, cuando me topé con algunas fotos que había sacado finalizando el mes de abril.

I don't know what it is about Sundays that feel kind of nostalgic, I always have a much harder time being productive on Sundays than any other day.
I was deleting some photos I had accumulated on my phone, from college and such, when I came across some photos I had taken ending the month of April.
Pese al calor que sufrimos en un país tropical (Venezuela) para los meses de abril/mayo y mucho más aún, en un estado oriental, estos meses son geniales por el hecho de que, es cuando los árboles florecen.
Es muy bonito salir y notar como cada tanto hay un lindo árbol con flores de distintos colores llamando la atención, especialmente la mía que adoro las flores. 🌸🌺
Despite the heat we suffer in a tropical country (Venezuela) for April/May and even more so, in an eastern state, these months are great for the fact that this is when the trees bloom.
It is very nice to go out and notice how every now and then there is a beautiful tree with flowers of different colors calling the attention, especially mine I love flowers. 🌸🌺
Este día me encontraba volviendo de hacer mercado junto a mi fiel compañero, mi hermano mayor, cuando de repente al tomar un atajo hacia nuestro hogar, me llamó demasiado la atención el árbol de lo que se conoce aquí como Apamate (Tabebuia rosea).
No era la primera vez que veía uno en esos meses, de hecho casi todo el centro de la ciudad está lleno de estos hermosos árboles, pero, al ir en autobús y ser un poco complicado sacar mi teléfono para hacer fotos, no había tenido la oportunidad.
Así que no pude perder la oportunidad y le dije a mi hermano que hiciéramos una pausa en nuestra larga caminata para sacar algunas fotitos. 📸
Yo estaba muy feliz porque se veía muy bonito el azul del cielo en combinación con las lindas flores rosadas, soy muy fan de estas cosas. ⛅🌸
This day I was returning from the market with my faithful companion, my older brother, when suddenly while taking a shortcut to our home, the tree of what is known here as Apamate (Tabebuia rosea) caught my attention.
It wasn't the first time I had seen one in those months, in fact almost the entire city center is full of these beautiful trees, but, going by bus and being a bit complicated to take out my phone to take pictures, I hadn't had the chance.
So I couldn't miss the opportunity and told my brother to take a break in our long walk to take some pictures. 📸
I was very happy because it looked so beautiful the blue of the sky in combination with the pretty pink flowers, I'm a big fan of these things. ⛅🌸
Algo que me pareció muy cómico fue que mi hermano tenía en sus manos medio cartón de huevos que habíamos comprado, él no quiso sacarse fotos, pero le dije "Modela el cartón" y se puso modo Mirando a la nada, pensando en todo con su cartón. 😂😂
Something that I found very funny was that my brother had in his hands half a carton of eggs that we had bought, he didn't want to take pictures, but I told him "Model the carton" and he went into Looking at nothing, thinking about everything with his carton. 😂😂

La verdad quería tomar muchas fotos, incluso pensé en venir otro día con un buen outfit y sacar unas cuantas fotos, pero, lamentablemente estos árboles no permanecen floreados por mucho, creo que son menos de 5 días, entonces no pude completar esa misión, pero hey, al menos saqué unas lindas fotos para mostrarles, aunque me había olvidado por completo de ello. ):
Estamos a tiempo, aún no culmina mayo. 🌸✨
I really wanted to take a lot of pictures, I even thought about coming another day with a nice outfit and taking a few pictures, but, unfortunately, these trees don't stay in bloom for long, I think it's less than 5 days, so I couldn't complete that mission, but hey, at least I took some nice pictures to show you, even though I had completely forgotten about it. ):
We are still on time, May is not over yet. 🌸✨
También le había tomado esta foto, que no quedó muy bien, a estos otros dos apamates dándome la bienvenida en la universidad.
Se los juro que adoro estos árboles y cualquier flor con color llamativo y vibrante, me encanta. 💗
I had also taken this photo, which didn't turn out very well, of these other two apamates welcoming me to the university.
I swear I love these trees and any flower with bright, vibrant colors, I love it. 💗

Aunque no pudiste tomarte la foto que tenías en mente, al menos no te quedaste con las ganas de tomarle foto a los bellos apamates, por mi casa también florecieron bastantes pero yo no les tomé foto.

Si vale, ahora debo esperar a no sé cuándo vuelvan a florecer:( pero dime tú, con estos calorones ponerse una pinta y tomarse las fotos está medio complicado😂 que mal que no pudiste tomarles fotos, a mí me encantan de verdad y los araguaney.
