Como bien he mencionado varias veces, retomé mis estudios universitarios, así que actualmente a donde más suelo salir es a la universidad.
Así que quiero que me acompañes a ver qué tal es un día universitario junto a mí.
Cabe destacar que no tomo fotos a absolutamente todo, pues vivo en Venezuela y aquí hay que tener cuidado con tener el teléfono muy visible, la delincuencia está en todos lados, así que intento capturar lo más que puedo. 😅
El día jueves es un día algo pesado en mi semana, pues aunque solo tengo dos materias, las tengo en horas bastante alejadas.
Inicia mi día con la materia Terminología en Estadística e Investigación, si, un nombre bastante largo para una materia, como es apenas mi primer semestre, esto se llama ciclo introductorio y es básicamente un pequeño repaso general antes de ver las materias correspondientes a la carrera de Ingeniería en Alimentos.

As I have mentioned several times, I have resumed my university studies, so nowadays I go out most often to the university.
So I want you to join me to see what a university day is like with me.
It should be noted that I don't take pictures of absolutely everything because I live in Venezuela and here you have to be careful with having your phone very visible, crime is everywhere, so I try to capture as much as I can. 😅
Thursday is a somewhat heavy day in my week because although I only have two subjects, I have them at quite distant hours.
I start my day with the subject Terminology in Statistics and Research, yes, quite a long name for a subject, as it is only my first semester, this is called the introductory cycle and is basically a small general review before seeing the subjects corresponding to the career of Food Engineering.
Este día vimos a nuestro profesor de Terminología por muchas horas, más de las que correspondían, porque tuvimos un retraso de 1 semana de clases y debíamos ponernos al día, así que todos estuvimos de acuerdo en presentar 1 pequeño examen que teníamos pendiente y luego nos dio el contenido para la siguiente evaluación.
Estuve aquí desde las 8:40 AM hasta casi la 1 PM. Ya para el mediodía estaba harta de los datos estadísticos. 🙄
El hambre y el calor me tenían algo mareada. 😓
This day we saw our Terminology teacher for many hours, more than we should have because we had a 1-week delay of classes and we had to catch up, so we all agreed to take 1 small exam we had pending and then he gave us the content for the next evaluation.
I was here from 8:40 AM until almost 1 PM. By noon I was fed up with the statistical data. 🙄
The hunger and heat had me a little dizzy, lol. 😓
Como mi próxima clase era a las 3:30 PM, cosa que hemos estado intentando cambiar, pues es bastante fastidioso porque los días jueves normalmente salimos de clases a las 11 PM y debemos esperar hasta las 3:30 PM para la siguiente clase.
Yo vivo lejos y no me es factible volver a mi casa para comer y también tengo que ahorrar pasaje, entonces mi gran amiga Fabiola, que vive algo cerca de la universidad, me abrió las puertas de su casa y se puso a la orden para recibirme este día, para hacer tiempo hasta mi próxima clase.
Es así como al salir de esta materia, me dirijo a casa de Fabiola y ella, tan bella como siempre, me recibe con mi almuerzo, que vi como si fuese la gloria porque en serio estaba hambrienta.
Since my next class was at 3:30 PM, which we have been trying to change, it is quite annoying because on Thursdays we usually get out of class at 11 PM and have to wait until 3:30 PM for the next class.
I live far away and it is not feasible for me to go back home for lunch and I also have to save my fare, so my good friend Fabiola, who lives close to the university, opened the doors of her house and was willing to receive me this day, to make time until my next class.
So, when I leave this class, I go to Fabiola's house and she, as beautiful as always, welcomes me with my lunch, which I saw as if it was the glory because I was really hungry.

Estuvimos chismeando y perdiendo el tiempo, hasta que se hizo mi hora de irme a clases.
Para mi buena suerte, Fabiola saldría con su papá a la hora que me correspondía irme, así que me dejaron en la entrada de la universidad y me ahorré la caminata, porque aunque Fa vive cerca, cuando debes caminar bajo el sol fuerte de Maturín, no lo ves tan cerca que digamos. 😭

We were gossiping and wasting time until it was time for me to go to class.
To my good fortune, Fabiola was leaving with her dad at the time it was my time to go, so they left me at the entrance of the university and I saved myself the walk because even though Fa lives nearby when you have to walk under the strong sun of Maturin, you don't see it so close to say. 😭
Happy that they gave me the ride. 🙏🏽

Llegué como a las 3:15 PM y la profesora aún no llegaba, la clase que correspondía era Lenguaje y Comunicación, bastante sencilla.
Yo aún no había tenido la oportunidad de hacer amistades, me cuesta bastante dar el primer paso, pero algo bueno que dejó esta espera de la profesora fue que pude conversar con mis compañeras con las que he estado trabajando en grupo cuando las evaluaciones son grupales.
Ya habíamos conversado antes pero muy superficialmente, esta vez nos pusimos un poco más chismosas y salieron detalles de la vida de cada una.
Tal vez luego, les cuente un poco sobre mis nuevas amigas de la universidad.
I arrived at about 3:15 PM and the teacher had not yet arrived, the class that corresponded was Language and Communication, quite simple.
I had not yet had the opportunity to make friends, and it is quite difficult for me to take the first step, but something good that left this wait for the teacher was that I could talk with my classmates with whom I have been working in a group when the evaluations are a group.
We had already talked before but very superficially, this time we got a little more gossipy, and details of each one's life came out.
Maybe later I will tell you a little bit about my new friends from college.

La profesora finalmente llegó y presentamos una evaluación que también teníamos pendiente, fue sencilla, sobre la comunicación y su importancia.
La verdad siempre se me han hecho fáciles las materias que tengan que ver con redacción, en este caso, castellano y literatura.
The teacher finally arrived and we presented an evaluation that we also had pending, it was simple, about communication and its importance.
The truth is that subjects that have to do with writing, in this case, Spanish and literature, have always been easy for me.
Finalmente salimos cerca de las 4:30 PM y para nuestra buena suerte una de las muchachas nos dejó en el centro, así que me ahorré el pasaje de la universidad al centro y seguimos hablando de la vida (amo). 💗
We finally left around 4:30 PM and to our good fortune one of the girls dropped us off downtown, so I saved the fare from the university to downtown and we continued talking about life (lovelyyy). 💗

Después de despedirme de las muchachas, me dirigí hacia la parada donde estaba ya un bus esperando y partí hacia mi hogar.
Creo que lo más canson de todo es tener que tomar 4 autobuses para ir a la universidad, 2 para llegar y 2 para volver, aunque gracias al cielo, mi compañera me hizo ahorrarme un pasaje, pequeños detalles que te alegran un poco la vida. 😂
After saying goodbye to the girls, I went to the bus stop where a bus was already waiting for me and I left for home.
I think the most annoying thing of all is having to take 4 buses to go to the university, 2 to get there and 2 to go back, although thank heavens, my classmate made me save me a ticket, small details that make your life a little bit happier. 😂

Hola amiga, un día lleno de conocimientos, aprendizaje y sobre todo poder comparto con los compañeros de clase, unas cuantas horas. Eso de tomar autobús no es nada fácil, además llega un punto donde cansa mucho y da fastidio, pero no se puede hacer ada y continuar con la vida universitaria. Un gran día y gracias por compartirlo con nosotros.
Asíes amigo, la parte del autobús es una lucha de cada día, ojalá viviera más cerca jaja:(
