Difference between Wheel Loader and Bulldozer

See you again in this community of motors lovers, and this meeting I discuss briefly about wheel loader, coincidentally today the company I work for brings a new Komatsu brand wheel loader, replacing the old wheel loader with a cattepilar brand that has often been damaged.

Maybe at first glance what we see on a wheel loader is almost the same as a bulldozer, some even think that these two machines are bulldozers.

The difference that is very easy to find in this machine is in the wheel loader, the wheels or the propulsion device use rubber tires, while the bulldozer uses a chain as a propulsion.

Wheel Loader Functions:

Wheel Loaders are often used to move materials into transport trucks, materials that are often done by wheel loaders such as sand and soil, and also other work in the field, with heavy equipment the work will be completed faster.

The wheel loader works by moving, what is very important when using a wheel loader is that the position of the bucket when it is lowered must be above ground level.

Excess

The effect of rubber tires is clearly visible on the wheel loader, because it can maneuver in the field, thus the damage that occurs in the project area it passes through can be minimized.

But every tool must have advantages and disadvantages, on the wheel loader there are also disadvantages, namely: Unlike the excavator which can load soil material into the truck neatly, while the wheel loader, on the other hand, is often uneven when the soil is transported into the truck.

Here are some Wheel Loader Parts and their functions.

1.Bucket
Bucket is a tool located at the front of the wheel loader which functions as a tool for digging and loading material.

2.Tilt Lever
This tool functions like a human hand, namely to move, accommodate and dispose of materials to other places.

3.lift Cylinder
This tool serves to move the bucket displacing materials such as soil and others.

4.Lift arm
This tool functions as an up and down mover and also shifts the position to the left and right of the bucket.

5.Cab
Just like a car driven by a driver, as well as a wheel loader controlled by an operator, it is in this cab section that the operator operates the wheel loader.
