Ruleset And How To Use It In Our Battles: MAGIC REFLECT.

avatar

The addition of the new splinterlands feature, namely the existence of three rulesets in the battle for the gold league and above, requires us to understand every rule of the fight. Sometimes a strong card can lose because it doesn't comply with the fight's rulesets.

So, in this post, I'll look into the rules of battle and how we can use them to our advantage in our fights. In this post, we'll talk about the Magic Reflect.

MAGIC REFLECT

The Magic Reflect is a ruleset in which All monsters receive the Magic Reflect ability at the start of the battle. Enemy monsters that attack with magic receive damage back.

Damage returned is equal to the damage of the attacker divided by 2, rounded up.

Note: Magic monsters with the Reflection Shield ability do not take damage from reflected magic attacks.

If you discover magic reflects rulesets, there are some special procedures.

  1. Use monsters with melee or ranged attacks. Avoid using monsters that have magic attacks. Because each time your magic monster attacks, your monster will be hit by a reflected attack.
  2. If you keep sending magic monsters, use the magic-reduction monsters you have. Similar to Djinn Oshannus. Having the ability to reduce magic will dampen the counterattack's reflection. If you possess the ability to reflect magic, the attack's reflection will also be ineffective.
  3. The larger your magical attack, the greater your rebound attack. Note: The Amplify ability increases damage.
  4. Use summoners like Thaddius Brood, Bortus, Immortalis, Grandmaster Rathe, and Owster Rotwell to reduce magic damage.

As a result of these rules, you have a special treatment that allows you to capitalize on the victory.

RULES AND TACTICS

This is one of my fights that has the magic reflect rule applied to it. I decided to send a dragon summoner with the ability to fly, Brighton Bloom, using the combination of Heavy Hitter and Fire & Regret Rules. Then I use melee-attacking monsters. Because using magic monsters, as well as using ranged monsters, will be detrimental.

I dispatched the following monsters:

Djinn Chwala is placed in front as a tank as well as a shields destroyer of enemy monsters with a thorn effect. Scavo hireling was then assigned to repair the damaged Djinn Chawala shield.

The placement of the Spirit Hoarder is undoubtedly a major concern because, according to the rule, magic attacks will cause him to feel a rebound attack. However, it is hoped that his ability to heal will allow him to regain his health points. On the back, the Sand worm is a destroyer of opponents. as well as Uraeus is an enemy destroyer on the back that destroys shields to allow the sandworm to attack.

It appears that the adversary in this battle didn't pay close attention to the added rule. That is evident from the summoners and archer monster choices. Indicating that the slow effect of the time mage supports the archer's ability, which is a mainstay. And sending three monsters that aren't compliant with the battle's rules will undoubtedly help me win.

Djinn Chwala's health points decreased as a result of the Time Mage's attack. Scavo hireling always fixes arrow attacks that only damage Djinn Chwala's shield. Djinn Chwala feels secure in the front because of his thorn abilities and the support of Scavo Hireling. The sand worm and Uraeus successfully attacked the enemy's rearguard.

Due to the magic reflect rule, the opponent's Time Mage is destroyed. However, due to its healing properties, a comparison with a spirit hoarder can circumvent the magic reflect rule.

After the battle, it is clear that using the additional battle rules will give the line of monsters sent an advantage. The victory in this battle is on my side.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Rule magic reflects will be extremely helpful if we send arrow and melee attacks. Consider using a monster that can reflect magic, reduce magic, or triage/heal if you must use a monster with a magic attack. The size of the reflected attack increases along with the magic attack's size. Consequently, monsters with high health points will stay on the battlefield for a long time. Don't disregard the amplifying ability if it is combined with the magic reflect rule because it will also contribute to that rule.

As a result, this is my post about the Magic Reflect ruleset. The combination of this ruleset and other additional rules in the gold league will make predicting the outcome of the fight difficult. Continue to fight hard to get the most out of this ruleset.
