SPLINTERLANDS Battle Mage Secrets | EARTHQUAKE

Hello, everyone. In this post, I will go over the battles in Splinterlands. This is part of the weekly Battle Mage Secrets Challenge. The theme for this week is earthquake regulations.

In the earthquake combat rules, players without special abilities will take a damage penalty each round. And what special abilities must you possess? We'll see in the following review.

What matters in the EARTHQUAKE rules?

What should you be aware of if you receive fighting rules like the ones shown above? The answer is that your monster must be able to fly to avoid damage each round.

  • The earthquake rule deals 2 points of damage to monsters that cannot fly. Even though it lacks the ability to fly, this damage can still be controlled. Specifically, monsters with the ability to repair shields or heal during each round.
  • Yes, with this ability, the damage sustained can be recovered. but it's best if your monster can fly, as this will protect it from earthquake damage.

We'll see how the fight goes for me with monster healing as a solution to the earthquake rule.

In this battle, you can choose between three elements to use. Specifically, the fire element, earth element, and dragon element. With the rules for earthquakes and Melee Mayhem, melee monsters can attack even if they are placed in the back. With a total of 40 mana points, you will be able to freely use monsters with high mana levels.

My preference is to use monsters with dragon elements. Because there is DJINN CHWALA, other flying monsters, including QUORA TOWERSHEAD, can be used as spearheads in this battle. To take advantage of the earthquake rule, the use of martyr monsters would be beneficial.

And it appears that the enemy is using the same strategy as me. The monster selection is almost identical, and it also includes monsters with flying abilities. It's just that it appears they prefer using monsters with magical abilities.

DJINN CHWALA and PELACOR MARCENARY were attacked repeatedly in the early rounds. DJINN CHWALA, on the other hand, can survive thanks to his thorns and thick shield. The MARCENARY PELACOR was eliminated. The effects of the earthquake harmed the martyr monsters on both sides.

The next round featured a fierce fight. DJINN CHWALA was defeated by VOID DRAGON. In the third round, both sides activate their martyr abilities. So what's left are monsters with flying abilities and QUORA TOWERSHEAD, which can heal.

By defeating VOID DRAGON, QUORA TOWERSHEAD reactivated the bloodlust effect. I see this as an opportunity for victory. The next round involves a battle between two monsters from each team. In round 4, there was a chance to win because QUORA on my team successfully activated the bloodlust skill again. So the battle between QUORA began.

There are several lessons to be learned from the above battle, one of which is that when dealing with earthquake battle rules, it is best to circumvent them by using monsters with specific abilities.

  • Use monsters that can fly. This prevents you from taking damage every round. Aside from that, be wary of monsters that can disable your monster's flying ability.
  • Use monsters with strong shields or healing abilities. This will reverse or withstand earthquake-induced damage.
  • Use monsters that can boost the stats of other monsters. Place it in the center of your battle formation, and the earthquake effect will damage the martyr monster while increasing the stats of the monster you choose.

As a result, this is my post about the EARTHQUAKE ruleset. The combination of this ruleset and other additional rules in the battle will make predicting the outcome of the fight difficult. Continue to fight hard to get the most out of this ruleset.
