Se acabó la calma|Se dañó otra vez [Esp/Eng]

Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, y tengan una gran semana.

Tenía tiempo que no entraba a publicar en esta comunidad, ya que el carro se había comportado bien y sin ningún problema grave que impidiera su uso durante estos meses desde mi última publicación, pero se acabó la calma.

Claro, el carro tiene algunos detallitos que tenemos que solucionarle y que no hemos podido hacer por la situación económica que vivimos en el país. Unos de esos detallitos son los amortiguadores delanteros y traseros dañados, la base del motor dañada, las gomas que sujetan el cajetín de la dirección partida, la triceta también dañada, el lápiz estabilizador, varios guarda polvos entre otros menos importantes.

Desde hace unos meses estaba sonando la triceta y estaba pendiente en cambiarla, pero últimamente hemos tenido en la casa varios gastos importantes y no se ha podido reemplazar y al pasar los días se me fue olvidando o más bien me acostumbré a escuchar el sonido característico y no le hice más caso.

Pero les cuento que ayer en la tarde, siento que de repente el carro deja de acelerar a pesar que estoy pisando el acelerador y escucho un sonido en la parte delantera como unos golpes secos, me logro detener en una parada de bus, y cuando coloco el carro en pare suena un ruido fuerte en la caja.

Lo primero que me imaginé fue que la caja se dañó y por eso no podía hacer ningún cambio, luego pensando un poco, dudé que fuese la caja, ya que no le sentía ningún problema al realizar los cambios mientras manejaba en estos días y el aceite hidráulico estaba en su nivel.

En vista de esto, tuve que llamar a un primo para que me remolcara con su camioneta hasta la casa y en unos pocos minutos ya estaba en el sitio para ayudarme. En el momento que comienza a remolcarme empieza otra vez el sonido fuerte en la parte de adelante, como debajo del motor, pero seguimos así hasta la casa.

Cuando logramos meter el carro en el garage vemos en el piso mucha grasa y cuando volteamos a ver de qué podía ser, en el frente de la casa vemos tirado en la calle el eje que tiene en unos de los extremos la triceta y del otro el que se conecta al tripoide. Allí mi primo me dice que no se dañó la caja, sino que se desprendió el eje de la caja y por eso no hacía nada, eso fue un alivio porque no me quiero imaginar cuánto hay que gastar para pagar a un mecánico la reparación de la caja y el costo de los repuestos.

Esa noche le mandé un mensaje al mecánico y le conté lo sucedido y me dijo que iba a pasar hoy en la mañana a ver qué fue lo que pasó. Al llegar a la casa me dijo que el tripoide se dañó y se desprendió del eje y que tenía que comprar el tripoide de 32 estrías internas, la triceta y la goma copa caja y cuando lo tuviera él venía a la casa a montarla.

Llamé a varias tiendas de repuesto y el tripoide lo conseguí en 35$, la goma copa caja en 6$, pero la triceta en varias tiendas no la tenían y las que tenían necesitaban que llevará la muestra, así que tuve que quitar la triceta del eje, pero primero lavé todo el eje con un poco de gasolina para quitarle la grasa y aceite que tenía y así poder trabajar mejor.

Una vez limpia y con la ayuda de mi hijo, procedimos a quitarle el retenedor que sujeta la triceta con una pinzas y luego con una mandarria le di unos golpes a la triceta hasta sacarla del eje.

Ya mañana me voy con la muestra de la triceta a Porlamar a recorrer varías tiendas de repuesto para ver dónde los consigo más económicos.

Bueno amigos, esta fue mi experiencia que tuve ayer y hoy con el carro y que quise compartirlo con ustedes.

It has been a while since I posted in this community, since the car has been behaving well and without any serious problem that prevented its use during these months since my last post.

Of course, the car has some little details that we have to fix and that we have not been able to do due to the economic situation we live in the country. Some of those little details are the damaged front and rear shock absorbers, the damaged engine base, the rubber bands that hold the steering box broken, the damaged tricep, the stabilizer pencil, several dust covers among other less important ones.

Since a few months ago, the steering wheel has been sounding and I was waiting to change it but lately we have had in the house several important expenses and it has not been possible to replace it and as the days went by I forgot about it or rather I got used to hear the characteristic sound and I did not pay attention to it anymore.

But I tell you that yesterday afternoon, I feel that suddenly the car stops accelerating even though I'm pressing the accelerator and I hear a sound in the front as a few dry blows, I manage to stop at a bus stop, and when I put the car in stop sounds a loud noise in the gearbox.

The first thing I figured was that the gearbox was damaged and that's why I couldn't make any changes, then thinking a little, I doubted that it was the gearbox, since I didn't feel any problem while driving these days and the hydraulic oil was at its level.

In view of this, I had to call a cousin to tow me with his truck to the house and in a few minutes he was already on site to help me. At the moment he starts to tow me, the loud sound starts again in the front, as if under the engine, but we continue like this until we get to the house.

When we managed to get the car into the garage we saw a lot of grease on the floor and when we turned to see what it could be, in the front of the house we saw the axle lying on the street, which has on one of the ends of the trike and on the other the one that connects to the tripoid. There my cousin tells me that the gearbox was not damaged, but that the shaft came off the box and that's why it did nothing, that was a relief because I do not want to imagine how much you have to spend to pay a mechanic to repair the gearbox and the cost of spare parts.

That night I sent a message to the mechanic and told him what happened and he said he would come by today morning to see what happened. When I got home he told me that the tripoid was damaged and came off the shaft and that he had to buy the 32 internal spline tripoid, the triceta and the box cup rubber and when he had it he would come to the house to assemble it.

I called several spare parts stores and I got the tripoid for 35$, the rubber cup box for 6$, but several stores didn't have it and the ones that had it needed to take the sample, so I had to remove the axle from the axle, but first I washed the whole axle with a little gasoline to remove the grease and oil it had and thus be able to work better.

Once clean and with the help of my son, we proceeded to remove the retainer that holds the spindle with tweezers and then with a mandarin I gave a few blows to the spindle to remove it from the shaft.

Tomorrow I'm going to Porlamar with the sample of the triceta to visit several spare parts stores to see where I can get them cheaper.
