Playing with Max Level Cards | Splinterlands

(Edited)

I have a total card power of 434,340 (including gold and normal cards which are the same) in the Splinterlands and my highest level card, excluding Soulbound (reward) cards, is level 5. Even though my deck is not powerful enough, I am currently playing in the Diamond I League. I can clearly say that the winner in the Splinterlands is determined by skill rather than having powerful cards, so even if you do not have powerful cards, it is not difficult to achieve victory in battles with your skill.

Splinterlands organized two tournaments, one diamond league and one silver league, where all cards were available, and I participated in both tournaments. I have never had such an experience before, my goal was just to gain experience. First of all, I have to say that having all the max level cards is truly incredible and sometimes I even had a hard time deciding which cards to choose because I didn't even know the abilities most of them had because all the max level cards are fully equipped cards.

I fought 27 battles in Diamond League Ghosts, winning 18 and losing 9. My win rate is 66.67%. If you wish, you can watch all the battles from the tournament link.

Even though playing with max level cards sounds nice, it was not easy at all, and it was really great that my win rate was so high even though I had no experience before, it was a different and instructive experience for me.

Alric Stormbringer, Daigendark Surveyor, Daarg Deadblast and Albatross were the cards I used the most in battles. I always preferred them against magic attack monsters, especially in low mana battles. They really did a great job and helped me win almost all the battles where I preferred them. I especially want to have the max level of Daigendark Surveyor and Daarg Deadblast cards, they are really much stronger than I expected.

In my opinion, build your skill, which is more important than your power.
