Pizza at Home




After several months without preparing a delicious Pizza at home, I was able to make some for my wife, my daughter and my mother. What was very fun and pleasant to offer you a delicious Pizza prepared with a lot of love.

6 months ago I lived in a residence where luckily there was a very large kitchen, with utensils to make any dish, but above all I had direct gas in that place, which facilitated the preparation of my recipes for bread and pizza and other recipes of respoteria. But when I moved to a new place, I don't have all the facilities that I had at my previous address.

In Venezuela there are currently many problems with domestic gas for the kitchens in the homes of all families; Despite Venezuela being a country with many oil and gas reserves, it is very difficult to find dosmestic gas in small cylinders, called "Bombonas", which means that we all take great care of this vital gas that is the main source of energy for cooking in the majority of Venezuelan families, and the preparation of pizzas, cakes, breads and other recipes leads to the consumption of gas in large quantities, and sometimes it is used considerably and giving it a conscious use.

But once in a while it gets bad and with my well-stocked gas stores, I prepared to prepare only 3 medium pizzas, which is approximately 600 grams of wheat flour




The Preparation begins the preparation of a good pizza dough, 600 grams of flour, 10 grams of yeast, 50 grams of sugar and 7 grams of salt, for a crisp touch when baking I add about 60 grams of corn flour.


500 grams of mosarella cheese, a large Polish sausage, onions, tomatoes and red pepper to integrate into the pizza, and you cannot miss the touch of oregano.








Do not prepare the sauce to use this time, buy one already in the store and it is also a good option and gives us a good flavor.

Having everything ready, it only remains to assemble our pizza, add the other ingredients and decorate evenly, and then bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the oven and the temperature.









Having your pizzas ready, let it rest and enjoy an excellent homemade dish at the level of any pizzeria or restaurant. My daughter really enjoyed it and was very happy about it.
