A Good Find of Soft and Fluffy Buns: I Made Donut Buns for Breakfast -Milky, Buttery, and Toasty

I didn't tried buying the burger buns in Dali Store even though it caught my attention lots of times already. Same with mama, the price of it is not that different to the ones we often buy in a bakery store nearby which is 25 pesos and for 6 pieces of burger buns already. Then, Auntie Velyn who visit us whenever she felt like doing so shares to Mommy D how good Dali's burger buns. I gor curious but so is Mommy D. She's the one who initiated to buy it and just the other day when her sister visit at, they went to Dali to shop and when they get home, she has two pack of Dali Buns and the next day, for our breakfast, we ate it and I really enjoy uta fluffiness

What's more amazing is that, they are so big. I want to make a real Hamburger with cucumber and cabbage in it. It would be good if its topped with Fried Egg as well. But, I need to plan this out. For now, let's make a Milky Bun, soft, fluffy inside and crispy outside.

Now, aside from the Burger Buns, we'll also need Margarine and Powdered Milk here -uhhh, with a lil bit of sugar as well

For the Oldies, they don't want margarine on their buns so I literally just heat theirs, nice and toasted as per the oldies request.

But look how good the inside of this buns, lioe, for me, I think its really perfect. What did y'all think?

It's my buns turn -at this point i'm still unsure what to make bur I just did whatever I want hahaha. I prepared the milk but putting water in it . The plan? I want to smudge it to the budge. Usually, it should be soaked right? But i just make it as a toppings only, no soaking ir whatever and then...

It should look like this. I already melted a margarine there so it should be good na. I used a very low low heat for it not to burn. Just enough to give it a nice and toasty sides. The milk and margarine actually help to make it more crispier and I LOVE IT!!!

This is what i'm saying...

To end it, I then topped with brown sugar and the milk powder. Like, omg! I love it! But what I love even more is the buns texture, I don't know, its really similar to a donut especially when I heat it like this. I haven't tried it as is or without heating it as I prefer it toasted. So yeah. After this, I want to try something more in it.

And so I did....

Hellourrrrre, IT'S BACK! Lol

And yes, I heat...wait, what do I ever call this process? H-he? Heated? Lolol. Whatever, so I only used margarine this time. Lookie, lookie, nice and BURN!

Now, this time, I combines the milk and powder and coat it to this hot buns. Yessy, yessy, like coat all of it! Now this look more like a real Donut yeah?

Milky, soft and fluffy...hahhh, PERFECT!

Don't put too much sugar in it guys, the milk is already sweet, actually you don't even have to put some. But well, do whatever you want with it. But I recommend this \⁠(⁠^⁠o⁠^⁠)⁠/.

Anyways, I have leftover milk and sugar mixture so I just put it inside the buns by cutting it into half. Even more better y'all ƪ⁠(⁠‾⁠.⁠‾⁠“⁠)⁠┐
