It's a Day of Awesomeness and Sweetness: My Motherbels Dish and My Sweet Treat, Watermelon Slice

Let me tell you the simplicity if today's dish, its simple but has a touch of Mama's care and love -and MSG yes, ehe. Even the ingredients are simple and really few. Well, to be honest, the dish we often prepared are simple, sometimes it even lacks other ingredients but even so, surprisingly, its still taste good and I really think it is thanks to Moms love and care -let's not forget the MSG, yes, eherm. Usually, Mom only have one thing in their mins when they prepare their food, its to let everyone enjoy it and at the same time make it healthier. But is MSG healthy? We don't much of that though and if we use that, just that and salt is what we used and no other seasonings. But I read somewhere that MSG is not that bad. How true is that though?

Okay, let'a start, first, we start with a thief. Wait, a thief? But can we call him a thief is the there's nothing in those egg shells anymore? He'a still an eggshells thief tho? Lol

So here's the main Ingredients, just eggs and sotanghon (⁠＾⁠∇⁠＾⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠♪. Seriously, this two is like our savior during those time that the budget is so tight haha. Usually, Mama will put other veggies in it, like for example Malunggay or Alugbati from Our yard. But she just had it yesterday so she didn't use them this time

There it is, she really uses her old heater to cook it, she used firewood instead of using electricity . As i've said this is an old one so,...(⁠ﾉﾟ⁠0ﾟ⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠→

And by the way, while mama is busy here's this two flirting, I mean actually, Moymoy is trying to flirt with Vana but Vana wants Baste, haha. Poor MoyongMoyong haha

Anyway, Mama finish the dish in no time and there it is, no color at all, just plain and clear soup but still taste good. We don't even have ground pepper so it us actually an incomplete recipe. Still, the tate is there and it is one fulfilling dish

I asked for a bowl of it from mama because, WHY NOT haha. It has three eggs inside so One is mine. I had it as a morning merienda -but I actually ate it with rice, lolol. Its yummmmm (⁠ ⁠/⁠^⁠ω⁠^⁠)⁠/⁠♪⁠♪

Moving on to the next dish, Mommy D is also preparing a dish for us. Its just a simple Monggo and without any meat in it. But, it is healthy and look at that good amount of Malunggay which I harvested from the yard.

This is just a simple boiling ang sauteeing. She just boil the monggo until its skin started floating. The mom sauteed it in onion, no ginger, garlic or even tomatoes, this one has more than one missing ingredients. Still, the taste is heavenly. It has a touch of mom's love you I tell yah!

An enjoyable and healthy dish that made us full. This is what we had for lunch together with Tinola and Fried Dalagang Bukitd. Awesomeness! (⁠＾⁠∇⁠＾⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠♪

And i've been really craving for ice cream so I decided to buy some in a nearest grocery store. Mine is that chocolate ice cream in a stick while the oldies had those watermelon ice cream which according to Mom is a real watermelon. I'm curious but this boom boom chocolate ice cream, lol. Such a good dessert after an amazing lunch!
