Its Not the Plot Twist That I Want Today, But I Took It Anyway: Frozen Chicken and Some KDrama

I want to get annoyed but then I know it wouldn't change anything so instead of getting annoyed, I just continue to watch "Teach You a Lesson" on my phone. Mommy D informed me this morning that she will go to Pina and I thought to myself, "hahh, so I have to face people again" -yk i'm talking about costumers. Whats making me want to get annoyed is that she didn't informed me beforehand and told me just few minutes before she left.

Like, wow, that's what I hated the most. Another thing is, I am scheduled to go to the market to buy me and mommy F's viand. Because she left I have no choice but to ask mama to buy Mommy F's her viand. Good thing is, Mama already bought 5 kilos of her dogs rice so she can do it for us, I mean her hand won't be full with it. As for me, well, I went to the nearby shop to buy frozen chicken, not even sure if they're still fresh ಥ⁠‿⁠ಥ

Is it a lovely day?? Well sure, sure, but its hot outside and I am not happy about it. And because I have to be fast, I walked really fast that when I arrived home I am out of breath, hahh, its not nice. And aside from going to the market, I also need to go to some money outlet to cash in some money for Mommy Fs business. Unfortunately, the nearest shop runout of money on their GCash so no choice but to go walk to the other shop which is much further. Aigoo

Okay, enough with the complain, although I complain, I am really not mad because I am enjoying this series I am currently watching, hahaha, I am so easy to please, lol. I think a lot of people know about it, "Teach You a Lesson." I am enjoying so much

I super enjoyed how bullies are being punished. Y'all should try it guys, I recommend it ♪⁠ ⁠\⁠(⁠^⁠ω⁠^⁠\⁠ ⁠).

Okay, moving on, let me share the frozen chicken I bought I mean, its really not frozen, but chilled. Its really new I think but I am not sure, but still kinda.? When I buy frozen chicken, I clean it with salt and vinegar. I think it is also good to remove its sliminess.

After cleaning it, I seasoned the meat with salt, msg, garlic and onions. Ahhh, I added a drop of vinegar too, just because. And then I soaked them for just 5 minutes. Seriously, at this point I am still not sure what to make here. And so, I just go with the flow and do whatever haha

And then in a hot pan, I just put the meat, I made sure to flip it to where its fatty part so that we can get its natural oil

Tadaaaan! I made it until each side turn lil brown and crispy. Boing boing ＼⁠(⁠^⁠o⁠^⁠)⁠／

While i'm waiting, I just cover it a bit and run to our yard to where Mama's chili were. And then I picked one because I feel like making this a lil spicy, myongmyong ƪ⁠(⁠‾⁠.⁠‾⁠“⁠)⁠┐ nice and fresh!

When I go back, I out the water to where I soakes my chicken and together with that spicy chili, I cooked it in high heat. Coz Y Not!

I also added a cup of water ＼⁠(⁠^⁠o⁠^⁠)⁠／

And then 20 minutes later, it's DONE!

Its saucy and juicy and really oily! Lol. By the way, I forgot to mention but I added sugar in it. It become like sweet, lil salty and spicy chicken. Its good. Me like it. But what should I call this? I can't call it Adobo coz I didn't use soy sauce in it (⁠ﾉﾟ⁠0ﾟ⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠→. But well, lets just call it Pacham, Pachamba for long. Hihi (⁠⌐⁠■⁠-⁠■⁠)

Now, for Mommy F's viand, she has Galunggong or GG, but this one has red tail. But maderbels had no choice but to pick this coz there's not much fish in the market. And for how I cook it, its just a simple Sinaing sa Asin, with salt, msg, vinegar, garlic and water. Frying this later on is so, so good ♪⁠ ⁠\⁠(⁠^⁠ω⁠^⁠\⁠ ⁠)

Soooo, life is so....GOOD (⁠⌐⁠■⁠-⁠■⁠)
