Let's Go Grow Some Garlic: Watching the Pieces of Garlic Sprout One by One is Truly Entertaining

"Something" to look forward to every day is what makes a human life more fun and exciting. From our set goals and our life progress, or even the smallest things, such as waiting for the next lunar eclipse, or waiting for the next episode of a new anime, or maybe waiting for your plant to grow and bloom, You know, those fun things that make our lives more enjoyable and less tiring.

As for me, aside from the new anime that I'm really looking forward to every week, I'm also looking forward to the growth of this plant here that Mommy D planted in this old basin. I first noticed them on April 4 when I was having an afternoon walk outside. At first, I was wondering and also questioning the way Mom planted those cloves of garlic.

I watched a short clip on Facebook before where he planted a whole thing and waited days and weeks before it grew. I'm so amazed at how it grows beautifully. So I thought that what Mommy D did was not right. But I know Mommy D will never be wrong when it comes to this. Either I thought wrong and just assumed that it was not the proper way to plant it, or Mommy D is right. So I decided to watch it closely and wait patiently for it to sprout. I didn't wait that long, though.

April 9, when one of the garlic cloves started to sprout. And thats when I found out that planting it like that is right and maybe normal too. I just lack the knowledge to assume that it is wrong, lol. I'm so sorry for assuming that, lol. It's like I didn't really take our TLE lesson during high school, lol. But anyway, look at this cute sprout of these things. When I saw this, aside from the shame that I felt, I was also happy and excited to see this garlic grow. That's why every time I see it, I make sure that I document its growth through a photo like this.

Then, on April 10, the next day, it grew a little bit more like this. It's really exciting to watch it closely like this. I feel like it is my baby, and I'm waiting for it to grow in more centimeters or inches. It's amazing that in such a short span of time, it grows more like that, no? Nature is really the best!

And not far from that is this newly sprouted garlic clove, together with this already sprouted ginger. Aren't they too cute? Lol. It's good that Mommy D planted a lot of them in one big basin, but is that okay? The ginger will surely spread its root soon, same with the garlic. But I hope they still grow big and healthy if that ever happens.

The following day, April 11, here's what they look like now. Two more garlic cloves started to sprout, tadaaaaaaaan (☞^o^) ☞. Cool right? Haha, in just a short time, they started to sprout. Additionally, the first sprouted one is growing more and more, which is really awesome. Surely, soon, the others will follow suit, and I can't contain my excitement!

Let's skip a day and go directly to April 14. Don't be surprised because we skip two days and jump to the next day..

Tadaaaaaaaaan!!!

Surprise! Surprise! Lol. Look how they evolve so much after just two days! OMG! Well, I just really find it amazing, you know. I am so invested in these plants that I am overreacting. I mean, who wouldn't feel excited when the thing that you are watching closely and looking forward to every day is already like this with amazing progress? I'm sure some people here who have a hobby of planting and taking care of their garden can relate to this. It's simple yet very fulfilling, and it can make someone happy too.

And here they are as of today, tall and pretty. Only three cloves were left, which haven't sprouted yet. But I'm sure they will have their time soon, too.
