Goodness, and what's the reason that the designer gave to you as ro why it happened? Good thing everything end up okay, still that kind of act is seriously unacceptable. The designer has a lot of time to sew it, so whyyyy. By the way best wishes to your uncle.

He did not offer any reasons. There should be none. Its pure negligence I suppose. They usually take more cloths than they can finish. So they put everyone of their customers on their toes.
For me, I wont even allow things to get to that point before I take decisive action. I think how my uncle trusted him too much gave room for the sad situation. Just happy that it didnt get worse than the disappointment we felt
Goodness, they should just get the amount yhat they can do not like that. I hope they learn they lesson next time. They just lost customer because of their negligence.
