Rise and Shine with Something Yummy: Our Cheesy and Eggy Breakfast, Dried Chicken Adobo, and Dali's Chocolate Bar for Dessert

There's not much people yet outside when I went outside to buy buns for our breakfast. Its a good time to have this walk because its not crowded and not much vehicles moving and it's just peaceful. I can walk here without a mask because I don't have to think about dust or smoke but I still chose to wear it because i'm used to it already.

It is not a long walk, but it become longer because I took my time, i am not in a hurry because it is only 6:10 am. There's only one good bakery here that sells a good buns, its in Mona & Ria Bakery shop. They just appear here out of nowhere, I was in college when they open this shop and still operating. I really like their Pianono, Egg Pie, Buko Roll, Tuna Bread and Custard Cake bur I don't enjoy them nowadays. As the price continue to grow, its quality just become mehhh. But anyways, their buns and hotdog buns is still the best, I also like their Sliced Bread

Now, I still have the cheese I bought last Mother's Day, same with the Dressings I bought. Then I just bought eggs to make egg sandwich, I mean cheesy egg sandwich.

I made sure to make it crazy good, but gow to make it crazy good? By using cheese and a good brand of dressings, its like mayo and ketchup combined

And also, by making sure that the buns is burn and toasty, just like this. Nyamnyam. Seriously, I enjoy it more when the bread is a lil toasty.

Moving on to the dish I made for lunch. I found a fresh Lagidlid in the market, cheaper too, 180 pesos per kilo only. I bought worth 100 pesos of it for the oldies. I also bought half kilo of Chicken breast which I just cook and make dry Chicken Adobo. Because it was dry, all the water with its seasonings was nicely absorbed in the meat.

It is really good (⁠＾⁠∇⁠＾⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠♪. And because I used chicken breast, it is not too oily. I actually added more oil in it to make it juicier, but it taste really really good. Thanks to @leannwithdoublen Chicken Adobo I suddenly crave for it. Ahh, but mine has no carrot and potato, coz they're like gold in here with its current price. Lol

By the way guys, I'm eating my Pandecoco while i'm cooking. I bought it because it was baked to perfection, look at that, just like how I want it. I'm a sucker for this kind of bread so i'll buy it if I want it..

And so, hours after cooking the dish, we all had our lunch and we all enjoy it. Next time i'll try making Adobo but a dry one as well. Pork Adobo is also really good you know.

And you know what's perfect after a good lunch? An after meal dessert. I usually have Kopiko Candy but this time, I finally tried the chocolate bar I bought from Dali, a Dali product yes. And it is really similar to my favorite Cloud 9. It us chewy, nutty and I so love the nougat in it. Ehe. A perfect after meal dessert!

I really just talk about foods here no?
