Saturday Lively Ganap: Mama's Favorite Lanzones Vendor and My Pork And Carrot Recipe

Its Sunday, but i'd like to talk about Saturday. I love Sunday, but this is all about Saturday. But if i'll to choose between Saturday and Sunday, I'll chose.... him ƪ(‾.‾“)┐. Who's that him you ask? Its Mr. Money, my favorite ಠ◡ಠ, caching, caching. Okay, i'm just talking nonsense here, so excuse meeeee, dadaan ang maganda...I'm pretty in my dreams (⌐■-■), lol

Okay, kidding aside, I wake up early yesterday, the sole reason I wake up early is because of the Pandesal on Wheels. There are days, especially during the weekend, that they get sold out so early. And so, I have to be early too or else will have to eat different kind of bread, either buns or sliced bread. They're good but I really prefer Pandesal. Love it toasted and hawttt!

Its 5:30 am by the way, I so love tge color of tge sky. This is the kind of reward that I want to see every morning. All I can say here was "Wowwww." Its really pretty and am so happy to see it this early (⁠◕⁠ᴗ⁠◕⁠✿⁠).

After having eating my BF, I did some things too chores after chores. I just rest a little before going to the market with mamabels. I bought just a few things there mostly vegetables.

And then Mama spotted her favorite Lanzones seller, lol. Well, this seller sell a really good Lanzones and they're sweet, cheaper too actually. Still the same price as before which is 40 pesos only. Mama forgot me the instant she saw this owner jeep hahaha, and so I was just waiting in this side watching these chilies at the back of a tri-bike in front of me. Who knows who owns it. That for sure will be sold later on

When I can't wait anymore, I decided to move closer ro where Mama is and see the quality if the fruits they're selling. Its no doubt that it is a good quality products

They also sell Durian by the way, look at those scary spike on its skin. If I throw it to someone, its not just scratch that they'll catch. They will bleed for sure. I seriously haven't tried Durian yet. I am always curious but not enough to really spend so much in it hahaha. But maybe I can try them if someone gave me one for free lololol. I can't even smell this ୧⁠|⁠ ͡⁠ᵔ⁠ ⁠﹏⁠ ͡⁠ᵔ⁠ ⁠|⁠୨

Anyways, Mama bought half kilo of the Lanzones. i was really tempted to buy but I was able to stop myself haha. There are just times that we have to stop ourselves from overspending, and that is right now, I mean, that very moment ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ

And then we arrived home. I cooked one vegetable dish after. Just Pork and Carrot. Actually the Pork I used there was the leftover from Dry Pork Adobo. I actually just sauteed it in garlic, onion, pepper, msg, water, sliced carrot, cooking oil, and thats it. What really matter to me is the carrot. Its been a while since I last ate vegetable. And when we feel something, thats the best time to eat veggies...ooppsieeee ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

It looks like just Adobo but with Carrot haha. I like it, I love the peppery taste in it and it has kick of spiciness, its yum. And with this we enjoyed our lunch ᕙ( ~ . ~ )ᕗ
