Waiting is tiring and infuriating, especially if there's no update about it.
In my 1 year and 3 months of doing online shopping, I never thought that I would have a worse experience doing it. It's not even a broken parcel or what; the problem is, the receiver hasn't received the parcel yet, and who knows where that parcel is right now? Just thinking about it is seriously making me mad. That parcel is supposed to be a Christmas gift! Good gracious!

Seriously, there are a lot of perks to shopping online. Aside from the fact that we don't have to go outside just to buy the item and send it personally through Express Courier and pay for a big shipping fee, in online shopping, there are a variety of items that we can choose from, and with their rating features, we will know how good the item is. It's a big convenience for me, to be honest.
And, since I learned how to do online shopping, that is where I mostly get the things that I need now. I don't even buy a tissue outside and spend a lot on it. I just found a good seller on Shoppee where I can get a pack of tissues for a very affordable price. And it is not just for me but for the whole family. and I find it really amazing. It is really a big help, as I can save more.
Although I know that there is an advantage to doing so, there is also a disadvantage. Well, that's just how it is. Sure, we can't really avoid problems. But based on what I experienced, it is not even that "unavoidable problem." It sounds more like they are doing it on purpose. I don't know what to think anymore. I want to blame the rider that was supposed to deliver this.
I learned that there are more people who experienced this when I look at it on Facebook. even on Tiktok, as what @xanreo told me the other day. Actually, right after she told me that she saw a lot of victims of that "unsuccessful delivery attempt," even though they didn't really attempt to deliver it and that's just what they were making it look like, I also did my own research.
A lot of people are complaining regarding this "Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt", some just went to the warehouse to get their own parcel. I mean, what the heck is wrong with the designated courier for each parcels. It has the name of the Delivery Man on the shopping app but the receiver can't get in touch with him. Are they just lazy to hand the parcel one by one or what, tsk.

And what irks me more is that, even though I already filled out a form for a reschedule, nothing changed. Like WTF! The last attempt was on January 5, but it is already January 9! What makes me feel worried is that the parcel is already paid, and what if, while we are waiting, the item is already broken and they still push to deliver it. Ahhh, overthinking at its finest. It is not a fragile item, but still..
Sorry for the rants, guys. I just wanted to release some stress. I have to check the items on my Lazada app just to see if there has been any progress on them already or even a slight change. It's just frustrating, you know. And this is even not the first. I just hope to see a positive result about this tomorrow so that I don't have to think about it every day. Aisssssh!
Maybe the delivery work is just overwhelming for the delivery personnel due to the holiday craze. Yung failed delivery baka for reporting lng cguru yan nila kahit no attempt to justify the failure. Hope you get your parcel soonest. At sana walang sira. Kaya pag holiday season di na ako nag oonline coz I know it won't be delivered as expected dahil sa dami ng transactions during that time.
Not sure about that, yong nakalagay na out for delivery na kuno, antay ng tay tapos wala namang natawag then biglang failed, luhhh, magic tsss. Walang narereceive na call, noy sure anong mali bat nag out for deliver yong parcel if wala namang maga deliver nong parcel hmmm 🤔
My goodness! I know how frustrating these things can be. I could pace around my room for hours thinking and getting annoyed. I hope it gets to the person successfully. Have you tried laying a complaint to the company you used? I do that often when my goods aren't delivered safely and if they are good business dealers, they'll rectify it ASAP.
I really hope so, I feel like I been waiting in ages already, tch. I tried chatting them but there's no available agent, really frustrating tsk tsk 🤦

I experienced this last December and I even ended up going to the courier warehouse!
I did not only one but three warehouse before tracking where my parcel is!
Gosh, no choice na ata yong receiver ko, kaso di nya din dsw alam kung saan ang warehouse dun sa kanila tsk tsk
Lol, this seems to be the new normal in parcel delivery. Since I have a lot of stuff coming in recently I experienced similar quite often lately...plus long delivery times, I ordered a couch in Nov, still waiting for it 🙄.
Gosh, so this is a worldwide problem everywhere 🥲. I just hope we get our parcel in good condition🤦

Shopping online here in Cambodia is still very wild west, not high tech at all. People advertise online, usually via Facebook posts and videos, Instagram, etc., and then shipping is arranged with a share taxi driver or to the nearest bus station. It requires a lot of trust, but so far we haven't had a bad experience worse than damaged items.
Ohhhh, good thing the seller there is not a scammer, they value the buyer more than anything. It's hard to give your trust sometimes but no choice but to give it.
It's always annoying and irritating when we have to wait for our ordered product and without an update on where it is currently from the sender... Just no update at all. . it's frustrating indeed🤧.
Calling atleast from the designated courier would go a long way in calming the customer down but they don't do that... I don't know why😓

It's really frustrating, even just a one text or just to inform us that it will be delayed. So that we won't feel anxious about our parcel. But no, they are not giving us an assurance that are parcel is in good hand 🤦

Yeah, I also heard about that to Lhes. It's annoying and so frustrating. The reschedule of the delivery was approved this morning but then when the receiver tried to contact the courier, no one is answering again, tsk.
Mapapa mura nalang talaga ako kasi nakakabanas tapos wala man lang update ung Lazad, Shopee, J&T, at Lexph about this issues na nangyayari sating mga customers. 🫠

Hello sis, Hindi yon COD? Sayang Naman. That is why if ever I made an order online I only choose COD. I also experienced that one but good thing I haven't paid for it. We don't know what lies ahead, so it's better to make sure to have it before paying.

It was scheduled to be delivered again yesterday but tch, nothing happened. In the app it says "Out of Delivery" but the delivery man won't answer to the call. They didn't even try to deliver it but when I checked again it was marked as "Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt" again! Arghhh, so stressful. Hopefully on the next schedule of delivery it will be successful this time 🤦
