Dinner
The holiday season is over and so should overeating!
Tonight we had a humble dish with boiled eggs, seasoned with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. A piece of feta cheese with oregano, a fresh carrot and a rusk.
Simple, delicious, with very little carbs since we had quite a lot of sugar during the day (I had some bougatsa with cream and a big piece of homemade cheesecake my sister made).
Monday is coming, schools are opening and I don't want to go to work!! And on top of this we should be dieting because we had been eating like the end was going to end - pfff!! Well, at least had a great time with our people, so no true regrets!!
