Mushroom party!!!

I found some great fresh mushrooms in the supermarket on Friday and could not resist them.

The time spent in the kitchen was well worth it as I made some delicious mushrooms wit red peppers in the oven. I seasoned with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano and olive oil and once cooked I poured some balsamic vinegar.

I also made an amazing sauce with some white mushrooms and cream to go on top of some pork fillets.

And since a nice meal needs a nice drink, I opened a bottle of homemade lemonade produced and bottled by a coffee place we like to hang out at.
