School diaries: the village
Another school week ended and the Christmas mood is still going strong! Today we celebrated a girl's birthday with some cake and a little surprise...
We made little houses out of biscuits!!
With two packets of biscuits, one bag of icing sugar, lemon juice and a little water we (or better I) got our hands dirty and started the construction work...
A few minutes in the freezer for the "glue" to harden and then it was time for some snow!!

Our houses were ready...
And our sweet village was complete!!
The big one in the front went to the birthday girl and the others to the rest of the kids.
They survived long enough for a quick photoshoot before the kids started tasting them 🤣
Can't wait for the gift exchange on Monday!!!

Look what the birthday girl did to hers!! She sent me a picture yesterday. I believe she was the only one who didn't eat it on the way home 🤣
