The first week through school while the number of Covid cases keeps being high, has almost come to its end. A cold Friday with temperatures a little below zero has dawned, all the teachers have come to school the only thing missing is the students!

Parents are too afraid to send their kids to school and it is a sad picture to watch the empty classrooms, teachers trying to do their job with no more than 3 or 4 students (if no students at all in some classes). Sad, really sad.

Not that I don't like the light workload of the days or reducing the chances of catching Covid, since the encounters are very few, but it's a very awkward atmosphere being here at the moment. Schools are not working the way they should and authorities keep pretending that everything works perfectly. In fact, the keep boasting about how well the system works and how "protected and safe" children and educators are. A total mascarade!

We'll see how this goes...

No that’s not good at all. While I understand being cautious about covid. The children not learning is also a big concern. Hopefully it gets better.
