I felt like baking today and I made some yummy rolls.
Filled with cheese...
And sausages.

- 40 gr fresh yeast
- 250 ml milk (lukewarm)
- 250 ml water (lukewarm)
- 150 gr yogurt
- 150 ml sunflower oil
- two eggs
- a tbs sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1/3 tbs baking powder
- all purpose flour
Mix the yeast with the milk, water and sugar first and then slowly add the rest of the ingredients and keep kneading until you have a soft dough. Fill with whatever you feel like and bake at 190-200 °C for 25-30 minutes.
