My Trees Aren't Even My Biggest Income Anymore
So, I joined HiveGrove because my brain saw this:
free tree = free HIVE
Simple enough.
Buy tree get more HIVE.
Water tree to claim and make it grow.
Watch number go up.
Neuron activated.
Then something weird happened.
I started hanging around the campfire.
Big mistake.
The Original Plan
I was just supposed to be building a profitable forest.
I was only supposed to be calculating ROI.
I was supposed to be acting like a responsible investor.
Instead, I somehow ended up making memes about fighting strangers over magical sprouts and collecting internet money for it.
The Math Isn't Mathing
My trees earn HIVE.
Cool.
Love that.
Very professional.
Very finance.
But lately I've started noticing something:
The memes are putting up serious numbers.
A stupid meme takes me 5 minutes.
Then suddenly:
people are commenting
people are tagging friends
people are sharing it
people are laughing at their own addiction

the post starts moving around Hive
And now I'm sitting there wondering why my JPEG comedy department is outperforming my agricultural division.

The forest was a trap.

Final Thought
I joined HiveGrove because I thought trees would make me money.
Turns out the people standing around the campfire making terrible jokes were the real investment.
And honestly?
That's a way cooler outcome.
Man, I feel you. I came to Hive Grove to collect liquid Hive from watering my trees. And without realising it, I got trapped at the campfire, jumping from one topic to another, chatting with strangers, and now they've become less of a stranger to me, trying my luck fighting with other grovers over a wild magic sprout that always ignores me on purpose, making me mad and feel unlucky.
My first mission on my early day is to collect Hive without spending much from my wallet. Look now.. I spent more Hive to finish the mission unconsciously than what I earned so far.
Dont Feel Bad Man. I am one month in, and this is my in game economy. The earnings from content and comments have been on point, however. I will accept this as an entry since it is heartfelt and relatable. The pain point of the sprout is a great place for comedic effect. You can also participate in the campfire for this mission if you are interested in winning the HSBI for future reference.

I like what I’ve read here; it’s fun. I’ve been playing Hive Grove for about two or three days, and I know I need to invest, even though I haven’t posted anything on my blog since the one and only time I did so months ago. It seems crazy to invest the little Hive I have, and I suppose it is crazy, but the fun makes it worth it. So, time to play and create some fun images, too.
I had a similar story with Hive grove, free tree, free money...ah well, I could buy one more since I'm here....ohh a campfire, chatting stories, people!
