Nowadays people of all age groups have little idea about freelancing.

There are many variations and differences between these two types of work. And many cannot meet the fundamental difference between these two job categories. So in today's topic I will try to bring out the difference between these two so that everyone does not get confused later. At the beginning let's know what kind of job

The meaning of remote work and freelancing work
Remote jobs are jobs where a company or organization hires you but you don't have to be physically present at the office. That is, remote jobs are full-time jobs or contract jobs that you can do remotely from the office. Companies have a fixed working time and every employee has to maintain a schedule. It doesn't matter where you work from or how you dress. If you are reliable and have skills, most importantly you have a PC and internet connection then you can do it.
In other words, if I say that you can do this even sitting at your home, the company will never ban you from being physically present in its company.
On the other hand, freelance jobs do not have employment rules, they are project based contracts. You do not have to maintain any working hours. Instead, you can make your schedule. Their contract ends with the completion of the project. Freelancers are mainly contracted for a part of the project and sometimes for the entire project. It has already been fixed. Then they have to submit their work within the deadline.
You must work according to the iftar time frame in which you are bound by the company and submit all the work details to them.

Due to ignorance of the right information, many are confused to choose which path is right for them. After reading this post all your confusion about freelancing and remote jobs will clear.

selection process
Finding freelancing jobs is currently very difficult if you use popular marketplaces like Upwork. Lowest bid freelancers often get work here. On the other hand, companies keep a few things in mind while hiring remotely.

These are:

work skills

Are you able to communicate well in a remote team?

The remote hiring process is traditionally long. You will first apply for remote work and provide some required documents. Then you will have an interview and test. If you are selected in this process, there may also be a final interview. Remote recruitment is a structured process carried out by recruitment remote companies.

Again, freelancing jobs can turn into a kind of remote job. How? If you have a long-term relationship with an existing client; Joining a big project may require its staff, then you may get such an opportunity.

In remote work, a person works as an employee of a company or organization. A home-based job requires maintaining a regular virtual presence using communication tools like Skype, Slack, Teams, etc. Sometimes employee monitoring apps, such as the Time Doctor app, are used to record the attendance of remote workers
Although there are many differences between them, I think they are very important things that you should know.

While developers working remotely are not required to provide a physical presence, they are required to provide a virtual presence. The value of a remote worker's work is considered in terms of time and regular contact with others working on the same project. Like any other employee, a remote worker needs to understand tasks and responsibilities and get them done correctly.

On the other hand, a freelancer is responsible for all his work. Apart from choosing the job as per your wish, you also have the option to return the job offer if you wish.
That is, if you feel that you are unable to do the job but you don't feel like doing the job, then you have the opportunity to return the job offer. If you don't want to do the job, you can return it to the company.
Here you are saying in simple language that you can do your independent work if you are working in company then you have to complete the work given to you but with freelancing you will not face any problem if you don't like it then you are in company. You can give the work again.
A freelancer is not limited to any type of work hours or schedule. That is, after accepting the work, a freelancer's work is completed within the deadline. Customers don't have to worry about when the freelancer is doing his work. A freelancer is free to work on other projects after finishing work for a client.

In simple words if I say you undertake any work if you want to do this work in any outside company then you or they will give you some time you have to work within time but you can start freelancing work time schedule or anything.

Taking up freelancing as a full-time career is definitely not advisable. not at all
Freelancing is called freelancing…! But is it really so? I don't think so...
Because this job is not always there, you must find a job for your real life, it will not always be by your side ie

Freelancing to me means working for a daily wage. Yes true I believe freelancing is a day job. What happens to a day laborer...? He earns the day he gets a job, and nothing if he doesn't get a job. He stands at a certain place in the market in the morning. Those in need go there and hire day laborers from there. And also, many work under many. Like masons who work as day labourers, but as they get less here they try to hire people directly again. Then he doesn't have to pay any commission, he gets his own money.
What is understood here is to do your own work and use your money for your own work without paying commission to anyone.
Now, compare this case with freelancers. So do freelancers. Finding new clients every day. If you get it, you have work, if you don't, you don't. Now a person got 2 projects in a month. No matter how hard he works, he will finish. So how is he working independently...? But, it is true that what a day laborer earns for 30 days of work, a freelancer completes 2 projects in 2 days a month.
This means that if you take up two jobs then you have to complete these two jobs in a month like a day laborer who works for 30 days and wears it a freelancer takes up two projects in a month and wears it. I don't think there is anything called freedom here.

But the problem is, how long will this uncertainty last? Earlier people did not know, so there were very few sellers in the market. So there were many who earned without bidding. But, these days there are 200 bids for a job and it's a matter of concern who will get the job. Yes, you can safely earn thousands of dollars a month for 5-7 years here, but is it possible?

But is it possible for everyone to stay that long...?
There is a family, there are various expenses, there are daily needs....!

Also, how long can you sit at a computer desk for 12-14 hours straight? How long can you work awake? How many days can you ensure your eye health? There will come a time when you will have no patience, sore throat, sore throat or eye problems. So you have to find an alternative.
You can't do this job for a long time because you have to face various problems to do this job so I think you have to take alternative methods for this.
I'm not saying freelancing is a bad career. You can earn a lot from here. But you have to have time, patience and physical fitness, which is often quite difficult.
I have already said that here you need patience and hard work of your words only then you can survive here for a long time.
So, freelancing will help you a lot to overcome your current unemployment and become self-reliant. But of course, you should, continue to create your alternate routes.
In simple words if I say freelancing will help you improve your current situation but you can't depend on it for life, you must find alternative work,
You can do any business, affiliate, blogging or youtube for passive income. You can start an online business. But of course, it's good that you've made alternatives to your work. I hope you understand my point.

I hope from the discussion on the occasion I have convinced you that freelancing can never be a self-sustaining job for your life time.
You must take alternative approach to build your life and future of your child be it business or youtube or blogging whatever you have to choose or any job,

Thank you for spending your valuable time reading my blog!

Wishing everyone to be well and healthy, I leave here like today. I will certainly appear among you again with some new matter. Until then, Allah Hafez Assalamu Alaikum Orahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
