Nowadays most people start this morning with the shadow then they want to eat some non-vegetarian food,
According to experts, the first meal of the day should be heavy and strong,
Again, some of us are vegetarians who start their day with boiled eggs or omelette.
How do those who have eggs in their daily diet go to the market and buy a lot of eggs together and keep them in the fridge so that there is no need to buy any more every day,
They keep a lot of eggs in the fridge. They may or may not think that there is any harm in keeping eggs in the fridge.
Recently, British celebrity chef James Martin said in one of his shows that it is not healthy to keep eggs in the fridge.
Why not keep eggs in the fridge If you have seen eggs in the fridge, then find out the disadvantages of keeping eggs in the fridge.
Celebrity chef James Martin joined the Country Morning Kitchen Show, and he really said that eggs shouldn't be refrigerated at all.
In her statement, she said that there are small holes in the skin of the girl which is the reason why the eggs suck the taste of other foods kept in the fridge which causes the eggs to change a lot.
He further said that if you want to enjoy the real taste of eggs then never put eggs in the fridge.
For this, he gave a piece of information that if you don't believe me, then you will cook the eggs kept outside and the eggs kept in the fridge together.
So eggs should be kept outside at normal temperature without keeping them in refrigerator.
We should all cover the eggs well before cooking. There are many of us who bring them from the market and cook them directly.
Also, if you boil an egg and put it in water, if you scatter the egg shell, the waste material will stick to the egg from the water, or if you use raw eggs, then the germs in the skin of the egg can mix with the egg while breaking the egg.
And so we should all eat eggs before cooking eggs and wash them nicely with warm water and cold water.
Experts recommend eating eggs every day because eggs contain a lot of vitamin I which is very beneficial for our health.
Eggs are rich in nutrients. Eggs increase our cholesterol. Eggs contain a lot of protein. They reduce the risk of heart problems. These eggs are very beneficial for our eyes.
And if it also helps us lose weight then we should all keep eggs at normal temperature outside without refrigerating.
