Hello food lovers, I hope you are doing well. Today Sunday I bring you a recipe that we all love, it is a delicious chocolate cake that I prepared for my husband's birthday, he loves chocolate and what better way to please him on such a special day.
Hola amantes de la cocina, espero que estén muy bien. Hoy domingo les traigo una receta que a todos nos encanta, se trata de una deliciosa torta de chocolate que prepare para el cumpleaños de mi esposo, a él le encanta el chocolate y que mejor manera de complacerlo en un día tan especial.
Ingredients: / Ingredientes:
6 cups of wheat flour. / 6 cups of sugar. / 2 cups of cocoa. / 2 ½ oil. / 6 eggs. / 1 liter of milk. / 3 tablespoons of vinegar. / 2 tablespoons of baking powder. / 2 tablespoons vanilla. / A pinch of salt.
6 tazas de harina de trigo. / 6 tazas de azúcar. / 2 tazas de cacao. / 2 ½ de aceite. / 6 huevos. / 1 litro de leche. / 3 cucharadas de vinagre. / 2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear. / 2 cucharadas de vainilla. / Una pizca de sal.
To decorate: condensed milk. / 2 tablespoons of cocoa. / 1 teaspoon vanilla. / Chantilly. / 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. / Rain of colors and dandy.
Para decorar: Leche condensada. / 2 cucharadas de cacao. / 1 cucharadita de vainilla. / Chantilly. / 1 cucharada de maicena. / Lluvia de colores y dandy.
Preparation / Preparación
We start by heating the milk without letting it boil. Add the vinegar and reserve for 5 minutes. The vinegar helps make the cake very fluffy.
Comenzamos calentando la leche sin dejar hervir. Añadimos el vinagre y reservamos por 5 minutos. El vinagre ayuda a que la torta quede muy esponja.
After the time, mix the milk together with the eggs, oil, vanilla.
Transcurrido el tiempo, mezclamos la leche junto con los huevos, aceite, vainilla.
Next, add the sugar, wheat flour, cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of previously sifted salt. Mix until everything is well integrated.
Seguidamente incorporado el azúcar, harina de trigo, cacao, polvo de hornear y la pizca de sal previamente tamizado. Mezclamos hasta que todo quede bien integrado.
Pour the mixture into the greased mold and bake at 180°C for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
Verter la mezcla en el molde engrasado y hornear a 180 °C por 50 minutos o hasta que al introducir el palillo salga limpio. Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar para desmoldar.
To decorate we begin to prepare the chocolate. Blend a cup of water together with cocoa, cornstarch, condensed milk and vanilla. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Turn off the heat and let cool.
Para decorar comenzamos a preparar el chocolate. Licuamos una taza de agua junto con el cacao, maicena, leche condensada y vainilla. Vertemos la mezcla en una olla y llevamos a fuego sin dejar de remover hasta espesar. Apagamos el fuego y dejamos enfriar.
On the other hand, we prepare the Chantilly, pour the liquid into a container and beat until obtaining a firm texture, add the coloring and essence of your choice. Having all this ready, I began to decorate the cake.
Por otro lado, preparamos el chantilly, verter el líquido en un recipiente y batir hasta obtener una textura firme, añadir el colorante y esencia de su preferencia. Teniendo todo esto listo, comencé a decorar la torta.
I covered the edges and edges with the cream and in the center I added the chocolate, rain of colors and dandy.
Cubrí los bordes y orillas con la crema y en el centro agregué el chocolate, lluvia de colores y dandy.
